It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests.

All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat.
The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff.
We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos. So much yet to discover so will definitely be returning in the near future.
Love the vide at the hotel, thank you for making our stay a wonderful one.

Good size room, clean, good balcony. Really nice breakfast, also included a menu to choose from(eggs, pancakes, full English etc). Lunch and dinner menu also very good. Quiet pool area(could order food and drinks to the pool as well) also close to beach. The staff is also excellent, always a smile and have time to chat as well. Service 10/10.
Will stay here when/if we go back to Tenerife, for sure.

Took a week to chill out and this was the perfect place. Never felt so relaxed. Quiet very well appointed hotel right on the beach front but a 5 minute walk to a bustling scene in any direction. Will definitely be back.

Love this hotel. Been quite a few times the only downside is the breakfast , the food you can order from the kitchen can be very hit and miss. I had scrambled eggs they were awful overcooked egg then chopped not made with milk or cream.the omlettte wasn’t cooked, it was still runny in the middle. I think the breakfast could be much bettter from this standard of hotel . Thats my only complaint the hotel is fantastic apart from the breakfast.
