The location is excellent, close to city and metro Bilbao. The apartment is great, clean and tidy, space enough, bed is comfortable, check in check out is quick and easy. Overall perfect!

this is an apartment instead of hotel actually, so there wont be breakfast provided, but overall is good place to stay, we have stayed in room 5C with individual living room on 1st floor and bed room in 2nd floor; nice TV and wifi connection, washing machine, cooking equipment are ready and easy to use; however, please note that there wont be shower gel, shampoo things like that in bathroom, so you will have to buy your own when you plan to stay with them; one more thing is the bed-sheet & covers, coz we have found a living spider inside when i spread the cover!! didnt dare to use the cover in our stay... location is good, 10-15mins walk from metro station; easy and fast check-in and check-out;

This was my first time traveling with family in Madrid, it gave me a wonderful experience during my stay. First of all, the room here is spacious, the lighting and the room decoration made us feel like home. Secondly, the location is supreme! 3 minutes walk to the Metro line 4 and 10 minutes walk to Metro line 2, that's no way you get lost. Also, you don't have to worry about food, 24 hours supermarket and plenty gorgeous restaurants nearby, open until 11pm! i love every moment during my 5 days stay, all the staffs are friendly. i wish i can come back again soon!

Good choice for family stay. Tidy & clean

I have a family trip to Madrid in a group of 6 (5 adults and 1 teenager). This apartment is super fit to our group. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom with a Double bed (bathroom is just at next door) and the other one is an en-suite room with 2 single beds. In the living room, there are 2 more double-bedded sofa beds. There is still a lot of space after opening the two sofa beds. This spacious and clean apartment is very well located. It is just a 2-minute walk from Bilbao Metro Station and a 5-minute walk from bus station. On the same street with this apartment, there are a few restaurants where you can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Areas I would suggest improving would be the hot water supply as well as the Wi-Fi. Hot water supply in the en-suite bedroom is slightly unstable, sometimes water is completely cold and sometimes it is too hot. The hot water supply in another bathroom is more stable and easy to control. Wi-Fi speed is slightly slow for video watching, but acceptable for website serving and doing social media things. The apartment also offers airport transfer service with additional charge. I used it when I am getting to the airport after check out. It took 6 of us and 6 suitcases 25 minutes to the airport by a 7-seat van. Great service.

位置不错在市中心，房间整洁且宽敞，网速很快，带洗衣机很棒。坐147路（仅2分钟步行）可以直接去主要景点（大概20分钟）。自驾的话，虽然酒店不含停车，但是旁边的小路一般在17-19都能找到蓝色停车位（最多4小时，但21后-次日9免费），费用也就6欧多（能停到次日9时多）。另，附近餐厅和小馆子很多，不愁吃喝。

All fine, a bit small for three people if sleeping couch is used as a bed. No kitchen towels. Location is really good, though.
