Very pleasantly , the location is superior, the urban parasol is just a two-minute walk away, the facilities are complete and you can cook for yourself, the environment is very good, it is cheaper than other hotels, and it is a cost-effective choice

The apartment is modern with adequate facilities. The reception is very helpful and good in English. I can't think of any apartments that has lobby for the clients. It is very close to the places for tourist. Definitely recommend other tourists to consider it.

모든 게 다 좋았어요. 온라인 체크인, 아웃 시스템도 편했어요. 별도의 키 없이 코드번호 출입이라 집처럼 편하게 머물다 온 것 같아요. 긴 여행을 위한 세탁기, 식기세척기, 식기 등 다 갖추어져 있었어요. 덕분에 즐거우네 여행이 되었습니다!

O flat é extremamente bem localizado, muito próximo às Setas de Sevilha, sendo possível inclusive visualizá-las diretamente da sacada e do terraço do apartamento, o que é um grande diferencial. O apartamento estava em excelente estado, muito organizado e bem equipado, com diversos utensílios, incluindo máquina de lavar roupa — algo bastante útil para quem está em uma viagem mais longa, pois permite lavar roupas sem perder tempo com lavanderias externas. Não utilizamos o serviço de café da manhã, portanto não tenho como avaliá-lo. No geral, a estadia foi muito boa e recomendo o local.

Habitación limpia, ordenada, es amplio y comodo

Tutto è andato bene; come aspetto da migliorare, i letti, essendo singoli e con le ruote, si spostavano e unirli non era comodo per riposare. La zona è un po’ rumorosa, quindi si sentivano i rumori delle persone e le campane della chiesa ogni ora. L’appartamento è molto buono, con tutte le comodità; le persone che lo gestiscono sono molto gentili ed è ben attrezzato. La palestra era un po’ trascurata e mal distribuita, ma non siamo andati ad allenarci.

Ensuite shower head is wobbling doesn't stay fixed at its position and so not suitable whilst having shower. The water doesn't come out smoothly due to shower head partly blocked and poor water pressure out. We knew this apartment was noisy, so this is acceptable in some way. For the rest the place was clean and in a good location. Br, Angelo

Apartamento magnífico, muy completo. El problema: no hay buenas ventanas, por tanto no hay buena insonorización (se oye ruido de la calle) y pasa el frío. Con buenas ventanas aislantes... la nota sería de 10.

There are flies everywhere in the accommodation. There was an overwhelming smell that we could not get rid of, which caused all of us to cough through our first night. The cookware was unclean, the floor was too dirty to step on without shoes, and the bedsheets had unsanitary spots/blemishes/dirt on them. There was a broken light bulb that was flashing during our stay, until it finally broke later in the night. There was no staff after 5pm to request for help on these issues. On top of that, the accommodation's door could not lock from the inside, so whenever staff was in fact present, we couldn't be sure that they wouldn't enter our accommodation unannounced. We had to abandon our booking and find another stay on the fly, to properly tend to various health and security needs. If you want an actual clean and welcoming space, there are numerous hotels down the road at Setas de Sevilla that provide 20x better quality rooms and service.

Great location. Urban noise, but not overwhelming . Our apartment was great and could use a bit of maintenance over the winter: the Ikea-style bar stools were missing screws, the grout in the bathroom needs a reset. A few hooks on the entrance wall for jackets, maybe?The price was right and we would stay there again.
