The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I needed to book a second room at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The hotel is also ideally situated to most of the major sites and there’s lots of great food options nearby.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, está súper cerca de la Sagrada Familia. El desayuno estaba muy rico.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a David, quien nos atendió con gran amabilidad desde el primer día. Al vernos llegar con el carrito del bebé, nos ayudó de inmediato con el check-in. Durante toda la estancia, siempre nos saludaba con una sonrisa y palabras amables, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa.
¡Gracias por todo, repetiremos sin duda!

鄰近聖家堂，超市在附近，且有中國餐館及不錯的麵包店及西班牙餐館。但離格拉西亞大道有些距離。
房間空間較小，洗手槽漏水較慢，我們在那待了6個晚上，僅更換1次床單。向櫃檯反應僅表示明天再說，
而無實際更換行為。

雖然距離地鐵近，但從地鐵感恩大道站轉地鐵二號線要走一小段路。
第一天清潔人員打掃鄰房的聲音很大，影響睡眠，但經反應後第二天改善很多。
櫃檯人員態度良好，還借冰箱給我們冰奶油。

The room and staff were good. The location was very convenient too.
The sound proofing in the hotel was awful though. You can hear the people in the adjacent (or above? Hard to tell) peeing, talking, laughing as clear as day in the middle of the night, which made it hard to sleep. I'd look elsewhere next time for that reason alone.

Clean room, good bed, good location near Sagrada Familia and Metro. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Located in a nice area. It's older, but renovated. No amenities. Solid 3 star hotel. Quiet, clean, convenient. Worked out really well for us.
