Hotel was spotless, airy, spacious, comfortable. Not alot around it. Have to walk to the few shops and bars. Food was ok, not the best.

Had to replace key card twice in three days. Not even a toothbrush glass in the room. No pool towels. Fruit on the breakfast buffet that had probably been out too long. The kiwi tasted like fish.

The hotel was superb the resort its I felt was poor there didn't seem to be much to do outside the hotel

Couple of times were ignored by staff but staff overall were nice and helpful. Would like more choice at dinner. Always running short of cups and glasses at breakfast.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.The pools were also clean and our room overlooked the main pool with the bar and I could see it was hosed down and swept everyday. We had breakfast each day we stayed here and it was lovely. Our room we stayed in was a double standard it was very clean and fit for what we needed in our stay but just a bit tired here and there. This would not put me off staying here again, the hotel is overall beautiful and Portocolom is so peaceful thourghly enjoyed our stay. One thing I think needs improving is the bar area. Very big bar and reallly nice outdoor area but it looked a bit like a room not used much. It reminded me of a hall you could hire out for an event. I would definatley rate this hotel 4 stars and will be going back.

Lovely hotel, not noisy and crazy even in high season, great facilities, lovely staff, beautiful setting in Portocolom - right next to the harbour and not overly touristy area. Walking distance to beautiful beach.

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable throughout. Any problems were immediately dealt with.

The property was very close to the harbor. The rooms were very clean and there were great amenities. Breakfast buffet was wonderful for only 7, 70 euro.

The hotel was spotless, with helpful staff and fab pools. Only 10 mins from Cala Marcelo beach and across the road from the stunning marina, location is perfect. Although Porto Colom was a little too quiet for us- the hotel staff were happy to organise taxis for us to travel to other towns. Great big thank you to the maids who made our room look beautiful every morning!

Nice position room looked oyt over the harbour, short walk to shops and beautiful beach.

Lovely modern hotel in Porto Colom with two lovely pool areas, one with fabulous views over the Port towards Old Colom..an area we have known for over 40 years. Friendly efficient staff, comfortable spacious air conditioned bedrooms (we had side sea view). Restaurant and outside poolside seating area for meals with views. Easy walking distance of main marina front restaurants and those in nearby Cala Marsal as well as Cala Marsal beach. Porto Colom is a quiet working port with limited entertainment but the hotel did provide BBQ nights, a White Night and some evening entertainment. The upper pool bar served lunchtime snacks and drinks but you did pay a little more for the convenience. Would recommend this hotel for location, pools and comfort. Excellent buffet breakfast choices.

I would love to stay here again. The staff were very friendly and the service exceeded our expectation. I would definately recommend to stay here any given day.

Hotel is really nice with big room and good view But!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 2nd cleaning in the room I havent found my new M.A.C. cosmetics. I didnt use it and it was in box... We have told about this situation in reseption but we have not received any feed back And what do you think happend after this???? On the next day my new Clinique cosmetics was stolen and the box of my watch was already opened!!!!!!!!! And they was in my luggage !!!!!!!!!!!! We have spoken with 3 different girls in reseption and they all just said "yeeh,its not normal. we will speak with our manager and we will solve the problem" But as in first time any feedback we havent received!!! all this cosmetics was new and it was presents from my fiancé from NY.... Think twice when you will decide to book this hotel because the worsest thing that could be in hotel is a stealing staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely hotel great continental breakfast close to beach and harbour the hotel has changed hands so is no longer an adult only hotel but our stay was still pleasant would recommend if you want a relaxing holiday
