An honest and factual review; half board, week long trip in April; neurodiverse British family, boys aged 5 & 3. Positives •staff friendly, polite and helpful, we had several occassions of excellent service. •wonderful location, very short walk to beach/amenities. Shops opposite and bus stop around the corner. •pool facilities amazing, splash zone was great, water very cold but it's only April. Shower facilities if you've checked out. Could do with more loungers. •rooms cleaned daily if required •snack/drinks vending machine •very clean and tidy with a simple but pleasing aesthetic and decor. Negatives •not much seating in the night time area •only 2 people on the bar so long queues •could do with a park or something similar •mattress like concrete •air-con not on at this time of year (5 days at highs of 25° was very hot for us) Neutral •entertainment - didn't use much so cannot have a true opinion. What we did see was exciting and engaging and seemed to be a lot on •food - breakfast: excellent variety - everything you can think of (except hash browns!), well stocked stations; almost always a queue for egg based items at grills. evening: a themed section each evening however the remainder of the food was repetitive, mediocre and often cold. Waiting staff very efficient but a couple of times took unfinished plates. Tried all inc. for a day, the snack bar was very basic. Wide variety of drinks. Overall a fantastic hotel and trip. Would definitely return again with just B&B.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are a good size. The food was okay. The Aircon was stuck on heat only and was told by the hotel staff that it cannot be changed. So was 20 plus in the room The shower was really poor no pressure at all.the pool open and closed at late and early 11-5 it’s great for kids the team they have there are so good

Das Hotel hat alles, was man sich für einen klassischen Mallorca Aufenthalt wünscht. Tolle Abendshows, Sportprogramm, Nähe zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unsere Minuspunkte: Programme fast nur in Spanisch oder Englisch. Meine Tochter konnte dadurch nicht an der Kinderdisko oder dem Club teilnehmen bzw nur mit mir als Übersetzerin. Und die Abendshows starten mit 21.45 Uhr viel zu spät.

Seule remarque self très bruyant et beaucoup beaucoup d'enfants donc non propice au repos. Tout le reste était simplement parfait.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí y no será la última. Un verdadero placer

Hotel excelente. Funcionários nota 10. Programação variada para adultos e crianças. Diversão o dia todo. Recomendo muito para família e casais.

Hallo Vielen Dank für den Urlaub bei euch. Ich fange mit dem Essen an – es war köstlich, ausgezeichnete Meeresfrüchte und regionale Küche. Immer frisch und reichlich für alle. Auch für die Kinder gibt es eine riesige Auswahl. Zimmer: sauber und gut vorbereitet. Personal: freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir kommen wieder! Es ist ein Paradies für Kinder!

Das Hotel hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr bemüht alles für die Gäste zu tun. Die Speisen waren stets frisch gekocht, gebraten, gegrillt etc. und von der Qualität her überraschend gut. Die räumliche Trennung der beiden Pools macht es deutlich ruhiger und angenehmer, wenn man auch Mal etwas Ruhe am Pool haben möchte. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel empfehlenswert

Very good for families.

Trevligt familjehotell bra beläget precis ovanför Magalufs strands sydvästra kant. Stranden nådde man lätt via en trappa (vagnen gick att köra bredvid) eller via en trottoar längs med vägen runt hotellområdet. Tvärs över gatan ligger en butik butik. Partykvarteret ligger i andra änden av Magaluf så man stördes ej. Vattenlandet har 5 vattenrutschbanor som uppskattades av vår 2,5 åring. Tyvärr fick man bara åka tillsammans i den ena så hon fick åka själv vilket dock fungerade bra då hon kom ned sakta sittandes. Tycker dock att man hade kunnat ha ett undantag för de minsta barnen så de kan åka med en vuxen ned. Det fanns 3 barnpooler för de minsta. Utöver dessa och vattenlandets pool (plan -2) fanns det en mindre men djup pool och en större mer modern pool på plan 0. Där anordnades aktiviteter som träning, vattenbasket och några gånger blåste de upp hoppborgar med rutschkanor vid poolen. Maten är vad man kan förvänta sig av all inclusive. De stekte olika typer av kött och fisk men der var oftast bara en kock på den stationen så det blev en del köbildning. Det var högljutt inomhus då det saknades ljuddämpning men då det inte var så många nordbor på hotellet gick det oftast att få ett bord utomhus där det var lugnt. Glass från baren ingick även mellan måltiderna. Det som drar ned betyget var vuxensängarna som var stenhårda och kuddarna. De borde åtminstone köpa in bäddmadrasser för att förbättra konforten. Det fanns bra 3 små hissar så vi fick ofta bära ned vagnen pga kö.

I have visited Sol Barbados few years ago and it was much better in term of food and staff. Most if not all staff were rude and not easy to approach especially the bar men as well as the restaurant workers. I wanted to go again so we can have some memories back but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected

Sehr schönes Hotel vorallem für Kindern geeignet. Personal sehr freundlich. Immer wieder.

Was good and beautiful scenery

The staff were great but the food was not nice at all not many options and we asked for a double bed we got 2 single beds even though we asked on the first day to have a double bed. It needed to be more clean there were no toilet paper or hand soap in the toilets by the pool . .
