There were parties going on until midnight, I could not sleep at all!

Es gibt keinen Aufzug , die Gebäude sind 4 Stockwerke hoch, Für den Eingang zur Treppe, muss man durch Tische, Stühle im Bar vorbeigehen. Das Hotel berücksichtigt nicht die Wünsche von Touristen: Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht, eine Email ans Hotel gesendet mit der Bitte diese Zimmer in der Nähe zu reservieren - Bestätigung vom Hotel - wird gemacht - Ergebnis : die Zimmer sind in den verschiedenen Gebäuden, beide im 4 Stock. Bettwäsche würde 1 mal in 2 Wochen gewechselt, Zimmer wird 2 mal pro Woche geputzt.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment , great location , sun beds were difficult to get but everything else was ideal.

Great hotel, stayed for 11 nights Every thing is clean and modern Great wifi in the apartment and also by the pool Close to beach and many restaurants close by Staff is great will stay here again

Handy location and lovely staff

We really enjoyed our stay, great location no noise at nights. The air con could do with an upgrade as we were just too hot especially at nights. Would definitely stay again though

Wonderful complex

Absolutely the best location in Costa Adeje, within walking distance of everything and 5” from the beach. The complex is spotless, all staff are super friendly and lots of bars and restaurants also on site. Rooms are also modern and spacious, all well equipped and maintained. We love it so much, we’ve been back 8 times. Enjoy your stay here, we do on every visit.

Absolutely love these apartments, this was our 3rd visit. Apartments are clean and have everything you need gor your stay. Staff are all very friendly and the onsite bars and entertainment are great. Not had a bad meal in any of the restaurants.

Apartment standards are always very good with everything required. Comfortable large bed great kitchen amenities. Sun beds on balcony if needed.

A very comfortable apartment. Well equipped full kitchen, including dishwasher. Large balcony/terrace with table & chairs for 4 people & 2 sunloungers. Two great swimming pools, but sunloungers get busy, with guests queuing from 08.15 (open at 09.00). Top pool has aquafit, bingo, darts & pool. Both pool areas have good pool bars, with snacks. Apartment floors only appear to be cleaned weekly, which could be improved to prevent the cockroach issues (ours & other family member's apartment were effected), although treatment was dealt with swiftly, preventative measures should be taken within the grounds. Restaurants & bars within complex & entertaintment in square, with well stocked supermarket. Laundry facilities (charged). Pool towels provided with deposit. Free use of safe in apartment.

Excellent service from the reception, loved all the bars and restaurants on site didn’t have to leave the complex if you didn’t want to. Liked that the gates were locked after a certain time so only residents could enter. Excellent all round definitely my go to place now.

4th time ive stayed at these apartments and cant fault them , big , spacious apartments, big balconys , very clean and lots of bars and restaurants very close by

there was no light outside the apartment. dark late at night. not good for adults to walk down stairs in the dark. We’re difficult to get a sunbed with the pool always busy
