Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and bright. We had a great balcony

Spotless room, we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, loads of space for everyone

Second time visiting Sunset Bay and still love it! Rooms are extremely clean, bit more on the basic side, and spacious. Location is ideal to visit all areas in Costa Adeje.

Brilliant staff, couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable.

Cleaning could have been a lot better. There was a smell & couple of cockroaches in our apartment. They came and sprayed what smelt like air freshener? We bought a plug in and some peppermint essential oil to deter creoles and smell. We did report it & mentioned a couple of times.

We have stayed here before and had a great visit. Sadly this time was poor. We were in block D…. Dingy and in need of total renovation…the bathroom sink was so near the toilet you had to sit sideways..bathroom big though just an awful design. We did ask to move as we were there for ten days…we requested this on day 4/5. We were told very unlikely. The resort appears to struggle to get cleaning staff..we were “put” on a 3 day rota so our room would only be cleaned 3 out of the 10 days…in fact we only had 2 cleans and they were poor. Having spoken to a “member” who incidentally had their room cleaned more frequently also said they would not come back. The block both sides backs onto bars playing music most of the time with intermittent bingo…one night it was so loud we literally couldn’t eat out there. We came back because we had a great stay last time. That said there was always hot water, the bed was comfy and the kitchen well equipped.

I couldn’t find a fault in this place it has everything a good British holidaymaker could want. Air conditioning, private large balcony with cushioned loungers, a refreshing pool, bars and restaurants on site. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great apartments in a great location, very close to beach and bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful and property kept clean. The only downside was the sunbed situation. People queueing from 7.45 and pool only open at 9am. By the time the gates opened there were about 40 people queueing for beds. You would be lucky to get a bed as people at the top of the queue had about 20 towels between 4 people and ran in throwing towels on each bed. Ridiculous situation, it was very off putting, so we decided to use the beach, which comes at a cost of €48 for 4 beds

This was a lovely modern property and the beds were so comfortable including the sofa bed. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming and got To know you personally. Wonderful stay; highly recommended x

The complex was great no complaints there.Our only issue is check in/out times.4PM check in and 10AM check out.Too earlt especially if you have a night flight.Couldn't keep room on when we enquired.

There were parties going on until midnight, I could not sleep at all!

Es gibt keinen Aufzug , die Gebäude sind 4 Stockwerke hoch, Für den Eingang zur Treppe, muss man durch Tische, Stühle im Bar vorbeigehen. Das Hotel berücksichtigt nicht die Wünsche von Touristen: Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht, eine Email ans Hotel gesendet mit der Bitte diese Zimmer in der Nähe zu reservieren - Bestätigung vom Hotel - wird gemacht - Ergebnis : die Zimmer sind in den verschiedenen Gebäuden, beide im 4 Stock. Bettwäsche würde 1 mal in 2 Wochen gewechselt, Zimmer wird 2 mal pro Woche geputzt.

Lovely spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment , great location , sun beds were difficult to get but everything else was ideal.
