Clean and nice, friendly staff and nice pool area. A catfight in the morning to get z as chess to sun beds

Really great to see that these days we have this level of high quality that we miss since years. 10/10 service and 10/10 comfortable resort. Amazing professional and well trained staff. Views from the spacious balconies so calming. Nearby beaches and restaurants - really a great deal if with family or alone.

Siisti huone, mukava henkilökunta, tehokas ilmastointi. Allas-alue liian täynnä ja liian meluisa. Ei vapaita aurinkotuoleja. Liian vähän hissejä. Hyvä maksullinen parkkihalli.

Our balcony view wasn’t very nice.

Good pool area, hotel next to the beach. Breakfast and dinnerbuffet quite simple.

Have stayed a few times here the late check in was a bit disappointing it I understand some people get early access sadly I wasnt one of those. It is clean and can get loud but that is just people having fun which they are meant to be doing so. Facilities all good as well with the local on sit supermarket being well stocked . Across the road is green monkey burger bar which is great for quality burgers and high street burgers you have a Burger King . Also across the road is a bigger supermarket

Location, Location, Location. The friendly staff and all of the amenities. This was my second stay and it will not be my last. It's my happy place.

Stort resort större misslyckande. Börjar med litet kök. Obekvämt rum obekväma säng. 4 personer rum och 2 pers rum är lika stort. Golvet har ingen mata det var obehagligt att gå på golvet.fanns heller inte innesko eller inne tofflor. Det kändes inte mer som hotel utan ett vandra hem eller Motel. Tråkigt frukost buffé. Fanns bara toast bröd ingen bulle eller franskbröd. Ingen hotel till unga utan bara äldre pensionist hotel. De städar inte riktigt bra heller utan bara byt lakan och gick tillbaka. Pga dåligt väder kunde vi ej använda pool eller nåt annat. Så kan inte säga mkt. Men rummet måste ändras och förnyas så det ska kännas som hotel med 4 stjärna. Just nu r det 2 stjärniga motel.

Room description is misleading advertising “Prime Sea View” that does not have a full view of the sea but rather partial view mostly viewing the mountain behind. We therefore upgraded to a Junior Suite for an extra 100 euros.

Not enough staff at check in check out Room was not prime seaview had to pay another upgrade to junior suite for prime seaview. First room assigned was partial seaview and city. Reason if view is not obstructed then its considered prime whether you only see part ocean and part city.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Strand, wunderbarer Ausblick von den Apartments auf das Meer. Sehr ruhig, obwohl viel geboten wird (Bar und Pool, ...). Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, hat auch mit einem Weinöffner sofort ausgeholfen.

Noisy late at night would be a negative! Opening hours of the restaurant should be earlier as people leave on early excursions. Suggestion: open at 6:30 am!

Room full of bedbugs, my daughter was red all over from bites. Room was newly painted giving me a headache from cheap paint.

Overall good stay room on 14th floor great room Only gripe was noise for a few hours as the wind outside was strong and causing a whistling sound throughout the corridor although they did try to address the issue it was still audible until the wind levels dropped I think they need to check the doors and windows seals to address the issue otherwise great stay and would go back

Las habitaciones tienen muebles antiguos y no son muy bonitas. Pero si cojes vistas mar mejora saliendo a la terraza y disfrutando del solecito.

Daytime was very acceptable. Nighthtime entertainment was too noisy.
