Property in a great location staff at property reception may well improve for some training around greeting guests, maids were excellent. The property itself would benefit with upgrading, a number of areas have broken tiles. In the whole the stay was satisfactory.

On first arrival wasn’t what I expected but once settled was pleasantly surprised

Our stay for a week here from 5th July was brilliant. Maybe a little over crowded at the pool and in the pool but good nonetheless. Breakfast was good (missing an omelette maker) but good food.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Room was immaculate and staff were wonderful. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and a clean seating area. Only point I can think for improvement is that the air con in the room was very weak and it can get a bit warm in the room at night.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, and everything was very clean. You can see how much effort has been put into the renovation. Although the area was a bit too touristy for our taste and we would choose a different location next time, we can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel itself. There were many Scandinavian guests, which created a very pleasant atmosphere.

Avoid! Poor hotel. Every morning the same tasteless breakfast. cockroach in the breakfast area! the pool is full, obviously too small for such a big hotel. don't be fooled. no more than 2*

Hyvä hotelli, varsinkin lapsiperheille. Hotellissa järjestettiin paljon erilaista ohjelmaa kaiken ikäiselle. All inclusive oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, myös gluteenittomuus huomioitiin hyvin. Keittiöstä pystyi tilaamaan gluteenittomia pitsoja, pastoja sekä lettuja. Joka puolella oli siistiä, ei ötököitä.

Fantastic hotel, not too busy when we stayed and delicious food options! Room was huge and all the facilities were great. The staff were really knowledgable on the local area too. Brilliant stay

A quality hotel conveniently situated for restaurants and bars, but just far enough away from them too. Definitely a family oriented hotel, with the pools for all ages, however the sun decks on the 4th floors seemed to be popular with the adult-only guests. Most of the rooms are studio type with separate sitting rooms coupled with a small kitchen area. Super comfy super king size beds and good sized shower room. The onsite mini market was reasonably priced too. We had breakfast included and it offered a huge selection for all tastes, but avoid the 8 till 9am rush and go later as it is available until 10:30am.
