The property is very well located, just a minute or 2 from the main centre but still very quiet. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the codes for the locks worked very easily. It was great to have the pool, but sadly both sun loungers were broken so was a little hard to use the space. Nevertheless, being able to dip in after the heat was great. The company communicated with us very clearly via WhatsApp and I would recommend staying here to all!

Staff onsite was very friendly, she was able to get our room ready earlier than expected which we were very happy about. Bluetooth speakers in the room was a nice touch. Having the fridge in the separate kitchen area was a surprise, but with the freezer we were able to make our water bottles ice blocks which was incredible in the Sevilla heat!

Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole...stanze piccole e bagno senza finestra e ariatore ma comunque comode e pulite...si dorme benissimo su buoni materassi...avevo una doppia con letti singoli...non c'è un vero e proprio balcone ma praticamente una finestrona...da apprezzare la piscina terrazzata...non c'è hall ma il sistema di codici di accesso funziona bene

Chambre sobre, bonne literie, excellent emplacement. La piscine est par contre minuscule (ne pas se fier aux photos prises dans un angle trompeur) et l'eau n'était pas très propre... La terrasse peut accueillir deux personnes max donc il faut avoir de la chance et arriver quand il n'y a personne pour pouvoir en profiter. Sinon le personnel est réactif via WhatsApp en cas de soucis. Les visites se font aisément en rayonnant autour de l'hôtel, beaucoup de petits bars et restaurants sympas dans le quartier + petit supermarché juste à côté qui dépanne bien.

Todo muy bien, pero en 5 días de estancias, se podía limpiar la habitación por lo menos una vez.

Super petit hôtel. Tout est propre, neuf et super mignon. La deco, est moderne, et la localisation super a 2 pas des setas et de toutes les attractions touristiques. Le système de codes envoyés par WhatsApp pour le Checkin est super malin. Et cerise sur le gâteau la petite piscine sur le rooftop.

Rent fräscht, bra läge. Men inte ens en stol att sitta på i rummet? Helt vita väggar, inga bilder mm helt tomma väggar ungefär som ett rum på ett sjukhus?

Location and staff were excellent! We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of local wine!

Apartamentos muy céntrico,mucha limpieza ,cama cómoda y gran variedad de bares donde tapear.

Het inchecken verliep via whatsapp wat handig was en je krijgt een toegangscode. De eigenaar stuurt je alle tips voor de stad door en je kan zelfs vervoer regelen van de luchthaven naar de accommodatie. Bij het uitchecken heeft hij ons hulp aaangeboden om de juiste bus te nemen. Kamer is zeer netjes en bijzonder stil zo midden van de stad.

Great location E receptions are not for me cold and impersonal

Chambres propres et bien situées pour visiter Séville. Nous avons toutefois été surpris de la taille très petite de la chambre (nous n’arrivions pas à poser la valise) et du bruit… nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec un bruit constant provenant de l’autre côté du mur de la chambre, impossible de dormir sans boules quies! Bien que la réception soit réactive via WhatsApp, il n’était pas possible de résoudre le problème et de nous changer de chambre puisque tout était complet. Par ailleurs, aucune insonorisation avec le hall d’entrée. Très décevant donc pour le prix payé.

positives: safe and nice property. Clean, central and easy to walk everywhere. Overall worth the money and the stay was a good one. I would recommend this for a middle budget stay. negatives: noise from the street was loud at early hours of the morning / late at night. the pool is tiny - eg more like a hot tub size. the pictures are very deceptive!

They offered us a room for 4 people but the room was very small and 2 people need to sleep in a terrible sofa very uncomfortable.

Justo al lado de la Plaza de la Encarnación (Setas de Sevilla), muy tranquila, muchas opciones de desayuno y comida, a pocos minutos de la Catedral

Excellent room, excellent location, and the staff via WhatsApp were great in helping us throughout our stay. The rooftop is a great amenity and the location is perfect to see the old streets of Sevilla. I highly recommend this hotel.
