Initially reception were very helpful but when we approached staff about my friends injury to her foot all they could offer were ice cubes and a plaster (not fully equipped first aid item like ice packs and appropriate first aid dressings which is extremely alarming!) Also skirting boards were disgusting! On check out my friend realised she had left her bikini top airing on the outside clothesline, when we asked reception if the cleaners had handed it in the response was nothing has been handed in you need to check again tomorrow! After explaining we were being picked up in 30 minutes she again said you need to check again tomorrow! Not very helpful at all!

Das Hotel an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade der Poolbereich ist nicht sehr einladend. Das Hotel versucht aber mit der Einrichtung alles etwas modernerer wirken zu lassen. Leider sind die Zimmer SEHR hellhörig und die Gäste oft gerade Nachts sehr laut. Eine ruhige Nacht war hier leider kaum möglich. Was ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist, ist dass Frühstück bzw. der Brunch. Man kann hier von 8.00 Uhr bis 13.30 Uhr so viel und so oft man will essen. Gegen Mittag gibt es immer noch eine kleine Auswahl an warmen Gerichten. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig aber für jeden was dabei. Geschmacklich ist es in Ordnung.

Måtte gerne bruge polområde med mere i morgen selv om jeg skulle tjekke ud klokken 12 og først skal tjekke ind det næste sted klokken 14 hvilket er super så indtil videre er det et

There was a free full English breakfast and parking on site and laundry facilities as well The room was a bit small and the air conditioning didn’t work well the first night, but we moved to another room and it was just fine.

Fine for a couple of nights but difficult to sleep due to a combination of very basic beds and people returning to their rooms in the early hours (even though in Palmanova it’s pretty close to Magaluf). The concept of the hotel is good but maybe not executed as well as it could be. We have been to similar hotels where it is done better (eg Mynd in the Canaries) Positives were good selection for brunch, lots of room around the pool (although people still felt the need to reserve beds!) and the staff were all helpful. Very clean as well

Ok hotell, veldig harde senger Treningsrommet var bare et par benker og noen manualer (ikke rent).

Utmerket bra! Bestilte enkelt rom men fikk oppgradert helt sømløst til 2 personer etter en telefonsamtale.

Att ha brunch/frukost varje dag till kl 1330 va en lyx. Fina rum. Bra läge. Inget kylskåp men däremot inga problem få is från baren. Poolområdet va stort men stengolvet behöver snart läggas om göra en renovering av poolen. Isåfall är allt i toppskick. Uppskattade hotellet väldigt mycket! Vänlig personal och allt va bra. Prisvärt. Dock lite dåligt ljudisolerat mellan rummen och dörrarna mot hallen. Vid stökiga grannar blir det tyvärr att man kan väckas på natten. Dvs lyhört. Annars super!

Booked this hotel as a last minute deal. Great price and was beyond my expectations. All public areas were spotless as was the pool area. Plenty of sun beds available. The unlimited brunch was great. Plenty to choose from and always well stocked,

Terrible tea and coffee from the machines. Also fake milk and fake orange juice. All very cheap and poor quality. Food at buffet also very mediocre and I ended up eating breakfast at cafes outside the hotel instead. Awful kiosks for check in that are totally useless and which force staff to do all the work twice and therefore you also have to go through it all twice as well! ZERO soundproofing of rooms. I could hear a group of guys making lot of noise in the corridor and could hear a man snoring loudly in the next room. It was so bad it sounded like he was in my room. Unbelievable. Reception staff member told me I could stay in the same room, but twenty min later said the room was not available as he had not actually checked whether it was, so I ended up packing and unpacking several times and then having to leave the hotel, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I was offered a single room, but no one had checked it and it absolutely stank of cigarette smoke which I had already informed that I am allergic to. This hotel has a good location for the beach, but that´s about it. I do not recommend especially due to the terrible noise issues, but also the unwillingness of staff to actually check the rooms before giving them to guests and to check avaibility before allocating rooms. This is part of the work of the reception staff and they should not be avoiding doing these standard checks. This type of avoidance of checking indicates a lack of professionalism.

Hej. Jag och min tjej gillade hotellet. Ligger bra till, nära stranden palmanova. Deras frukostbuffé är bra, mycket att välja på, buffén är öppen från 8-13 så man kan äta både frukost och lunch. Hjälpsam personal. Sängarna är ok att sova i, svårt att dela som par då de glider isär. Hotellet får bra betyg annars, Kan rekommendra stället.

För lite krokar i badrum och sovrum när rummet var så litet men det funkade bra för oss 1 vecka Bra med olimitetad brunch från 8:00-13:30

So close to the beach and restaurants!

This is our third time to this hotel and in my opinion its very good value for money. It is basic with no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities and the rooms are quite small. That is as negative as it gets as its very clean, beds towels changed daily, lovely large pool area with enough beds for all and brunch served till early afternoon and the choice is plentiful. It has the added bonus of being in a great location handy for beach, bars, restaurants and shops. I think this hotel is perfect for up to 4 nights but any longer you might want a bit more luxury.

Ett perfekt hotell för dig som vill ha bekvämt och lugn och ro. Hotellfrukosten där man kunde äta unlimited fram till 13.30 var perfekt för oss. Poolområdet rent, snyggt och rymligt. Nära till havet, shopping, restauranger och buss. Härlig balkong. Nackdelar var ett mycket märkligt (plastigt) lakan till täcke. Lyhört mellan rummen. Vi var mycket nöjda i helhet!
