Excellent location with places that tourists may need like restaurants, bars, shopping places abd easy yo find transportation.

Great location on a pretty quiet street . Kitchen did not have a kettle or coffee pot which would have made a great stay even better.

Loved this apartment and stay. Great location in the city and safe and secure. My only issue was the noise from the front door when guests came home late. It thunders through the building especially on the lower floored street front rooms. You weren’t sleeping though it!

They try to skeep my booking 24 hours before arrival by notice: "there is no appartment for the date you want. Change the date". Expedia support agent phone them to set my booking confirmation. Appartment is rather empty and not clean

The apartment was large, nice kitchen, and great having little balcony with city view, very close to all transportation, restaurants, and flamenco theater!

Would be nice to have basic things like shampoo and soap and dishwasher

Great location in the middle of everything

It's easy to get to, in a fun area. I would just note that it's a bit sparse in terms of kitchen stuff (it has the bare minimum; no knives except butter knives, for example) and decor. Otherwise it's nice!

Great place, faster wifi would be the icing on the cake.

Excellent location and nice place--clean and roomy in a nice building. Only, minor knocks: Not enough glasses (1 wine glass, as an example)/cooking items; no shampoo, water not hot enough at times. For sure, I would stay here again on my next visit to Madrid.

This property was very disappointing especially for the cost. The payment system was ridiculous requiring me to remove my sim card, get charged a daily rate by my phone service provider, so that I could receive a text with a code to pay their online bank/payment center. It was beyond ridiculous, and the desk staff treated me as if I had committed some type of identity theft because of their inability to send the code to my international phone number. Never mind that the furniture was stained, no maid service, no functional hair dryer, or a bathroom door that shut. Simply put, it was a terrible experience. The worst of all the places we stayed in during our six weeks in Europe.

Very well situated & equipped property, which perfectly matched our needs as a family of 3 for NYE 2025 in Madrid.

We visited Madrid to see out children while studying abroad and booking a two-bedroom apartment was an excellent idea as we were traveling with my mother as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, and you can ask for additional cookware in case you need more. There is a Dia supermarket next door that we visited multiple times a day to get various items. Be aware of their limited hours compared to US supermarkets. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The bathrooms were clean although they can use some renovation. The front desk staff (twin sisters) were amazing and responsive. The area around the hotel is extremely safe, walkable to everything, and beautiful. I highly recommend this place to families visiting Madrid. My only suggestion would be if the hotel would add microwaves to the rooms specially for families who would be preparing meals in the apartment. Also, older reviews mention the units having washers, but they currently don't.

The rooms are really good , a lot of places to enjoy, comfort bed but too closed supermarket that started to work at 3am. Limit time to rest during my stay.

The staff are lovely, helpful and communicative. The location makes many places very accessible. On the down side the WiFi was weak...in fact not functioning in my room. The street noise was significant and disturbed my sleep each night.....not a fault of the apartments but helpful to know. A few simple extras in the kitchen would be really helpful...just a kettle and cafetiere would make it much more user friendly. A few tweaks and it could be a 4 -5star rating.
