We had a fantastic family holiday here in July. Rooms were spacious and modern, cleaned every day. We had a great view of the pool and sea from our veranda. Restaurants and bars walking distance (5 euro taxi into the centre of the strip). We loved the pool area- the food and cocktails from the poolside bar were excellent. All in all, a great holiday- we would definitely return.

Didn't eat in the hotel as was out and about a lot but room, pool bar and staff and facilities very nice.

Really enjoyed our stay! The staff were so friendly and kind. We had a room right by the pool which was super!

Ok in Bullet points Breakfast : 5 (Highest rating) Diner : 5 Pool :5 (it is heated 28 plus degrees and clean, perfect for children not too cold and not much limitations). Splash pool: 5 (Kids until 7 years will enjoy it). Room :5 Spacy clean and good facilities. Towel service : 5 Every day clean towels for the pool. Pool bar: 3 little expensive, and no too high quality. Reception:5 wonderful people and service. Entertainment :4 just good Location :4 as mentioned when booking 20 minutes walk, little steep, opposite you have public transport for a few euro's you come everywhere. Overall a gorgeous hotel, which I would highly recommend, the price and quality are far above average. Thank you THB and Expedia, for a wonderful and relaxed holiday.

Enjoyed the stay, first time in the island so used this as a base to wander around. Note that it’s on a hillside so walking involves some ups and downs. Great breakfast buffet. Property is in two sections connected by a subterranean tunnel which I assume is to keep kids out of the road running between them. The larger section has facilities and kiddy pool, bar etc. the smaller section seemed more for apartments and had its own large pool. Both pools were deep (2m ish). There was some confusion about the inclusion of breakfast in our room rate but this was resolved (maybe double check this). A little dated, but good value and solid facilities. Apartment had a small kitchen with fridge microwave kettle and two ring stove plus some pans plates glasses etc. plenty of stores around for groceries, drinks. Town dominated by Irish bars and Irish visitors. We found great restaurant options beyond the ‘strip’. Beaches are a short hike away.

Lovely pool area and a comfortable room for 3 adults.

Hotel out on a limb but taxis cheap to get around. We were half board and service from staff was poor in the evening - had to find staff to request a drink with the meal!

Alles in allem eine gute 3 Sterne Appartement Anlage.

My first two nights were not good as had noisy next door, this can happen anywhere, they gave me another room for the next night and the rest of my stay was ok. Missing a trick with not having sky in the bar area, spent quite a bit watching in bars, would have been nice in the hotel bar area. Sauna, booking system, was easy and you can book in advance. However when I arrived it was not on and was switcched on but didn't seem to work. It's small for max 2 people. I don't think the lady in charge was bothered really. There is a bus to the player grande area, very useful, not in the evening though. It's up a hill from old town, keeps you fit. For the money it was ok

A very pleasant hotel. Good location, efficient and friendly staff. Excellent facilities, very clean throughout with bright interior and exterior decor and colourful well maintained external planting. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in quiet area with some local restaurants and bars. Old town 5 min walk away. Good bus links too.

We stayed during Christmas period and really appreciate the hard work of all staff at reception, restaurant etc to provide normal desk service, cleaning of our room, pool, and various kind of activities. Our door lock is also quickly repaired. They are very professional and friendly. It makes our holiday a pleasant stay. Even our room is not the modern style, we are very happy with the layout with a living room and beautiful seaview/pool view at balcony. Great location, easy to walk around and we also took free shuttle to Playa Grande.

Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Schöne Anlage und insbesondere das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut!

Can't really knock the place ...lovely , but there always a bit .....no toaster ..basic on that side ...but other wish ......nice place
