The location is really convenient. The room is neat and clean. Just the wifi is sometimes not working well.

房間很小，但是很乾淨！小前櫃檯的小姐和守夜的大叔挺熱心和和藹可親！地理位置不錯！

地點超好，走路到地鐵只要兩分鐘，步行到太陽門也只要10分鐘，附近咖啡廳很多吃早餐很方便便宜。走路五分鐘有小型超市。 房間乾淨，床好睡，24小時的櫃檯非常友善。但房間真的蠻小的，洗手檯也很小，不是很好用。

Good location which only 2 minutes to metro station, nice and helpful staff. All main visiting spots within walking distance, very convenient for travelers. Only 1 point is a bit noisy in night time, otherwise will be prefect for my visit.

Necesita ascensor

We were so pleasantly surprised. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the service was incredible, 24 hour front desk, lean rooms, locally staff, amazing location with walking distance to Sol and Gran Via. Nothing bad to say. Such a lovely little establishment!

Marianne and Gala were very kind and welcoming, and deserve a raise in salary. The balcony was a plus; and the option to leave our bags for the day was a big help in our ability to enjoy our last day in Madrid. Thank you.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, bagno piccolo (soprattutto il lavandino, davvero piccolo) ma doccia abbastanza ampia. Vicinanza alla Metro molto comoda e la posizione è buona anche per spostarsi a piedi, se si desidera.

Room was ok, the staff very friendly. The only problem was the noise outside, in the middle of night, hard to sleep. It was nothing that the hotel could control, it just the lack of consideration by the people moving something in the middle of the night was amazing.

Estupendo para una estancia corta. Muy limpio y cuidado. Buena ubicación en zona céntrica y segura pero sin aglomeraciones con acceso fácil al metro. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto. Precio perfecto. Totalmente recomendable.

Excellent base for a couple of days/nights while in Madrid for the NFL. The staff were extremely helpful for starters, the room was clean and comfortable. Strong shower and wifi.Very close to the Metro and bars/restaurants. Budget supermarket (Lidl) also nearby. Will book again when in Madrid.

La camera era piccola ma confortevole, pulita e messa in ordine ogni giorno dal loro personale: nonostante siamo stati solo 3 notti hanno cambiato ogni giorno i nostri asciugamani. La posizione è centralissima, a 1 min dalla fermata della metro Tirso de Molina e a circa 10 min da tutte le attrazioni principali della città. Il personale e l’accoglienza è stata fantastica, tutti davvero gentili e ci hanno anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli l’ultimo giorno dopo il nostro check out finché non siamo partiti. È stata forse la mia migliore esperienza che abbia mai avuto come ospite di una struttura e la consiglio vivamente.

Excelente ubicación y el trato del personal maravilloso, por ponerle una pega no tiene ascensor pero así haces deporte 😉

Se eu pudesse dar uma dica, diria “reservem!”. Espaço muito bem localizado, atendimento impecável, quarto maravilhoso, cama boa para descanso. Tudo em perfeita ordem. Foi uma excelente experiência

Easy process and helpful staff

El personal es muy amable, la habitación la limpian todos los días, aunque no es grande tiene suficiente espacio. Lo recomiendo porque se encuentra en el centro de todas las zonas importantes de Madrid. Cuando vuelva a Madrid definitivamente vuelvo a hospedarme con ellos.

La zona es céntrica y permite moverte con facilidad en el centro de Madrid.
