Great hotel staff and location

​Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im The Ibiza Twiins. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, professionell und immer gut gelaunt. Der Service war wirklich erstklassig. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sind modern und alles war sehr sauber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The location was great..however for the price you paid they should provide pool towel but they charge for it. There is a manager by the name Paola she was horrible with guest. My stay was not horrible. I would not recommend this place and they made you wear this wristband which I thought was very tacky

good but the room is a bit too bright to sleep

Very good: Position close to CityBoat Very bad: there is no direct access to the beach (the access door is blocked with chains), to take a swim in the sea you need to go outside the hotel through a dirty & smelly area. Very frustrating

Big and new hotel. Location is very good. The pool can be very crowded however I was interest only for the seaside. Very nice breakfast with excellent and friendly staff. All staff was friendly in general. There were also events and shows organised

Wir haben fünf wunderschöne Tage im Ibiza Twiins Hotel verbracht und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Unser Zimmer war groß, schön eingerichtet und mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem – und das sage ich als jemand, der da etwas empfindlich ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerservice war der Umgang stets herzlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Sauberkeit war durchweg top, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in der gesamten gepflegten Hotelanlage. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren positiv überrascht. Im Vorfeld hatten wir einige kritische Bewertungen zum Essen gelesen, konnten diese jedoch überhaupt nicht bestätigen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen, und auch das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Pläne ideal – zentral genug, um vieles schnell zu erreichen, und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt gab es für uns keinen einzigen Mangel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt.

My friend and me stayed 9 days at the Ibiza Twiins Hotel. It was amazing! We were there for party so the hotel was very good at daylight for relaxing. It did not only look beautiful, i felt like home. The staff was so friendly, everything was super clean and the food was good. I would definitely book this hotel again!

This hotel was perfect for a quick Ibiza trip! Very affordable and about 10 mins from the airport. Clean and very modern.

Amazing location and rooms.

Modern and clean hotel, really helpful staff. The reception is very busy they probably can have more people there, any time I went there was a bit of a wait, and a couple of times when I called I couldn't get through to anyone. Otherwise the breakfast has fantastic options. The room is spacious and feels clean. We had a beautiful view of the water too.
