The walls, floors and doors are “thin” . One can hear people talking , walking and moving chairs from adjacent rooms and hallways. It’s the least sound insulated room I’ve ever stayed in. Reject any room ending in 01 bc it is next to the stairwell. You will hear all the steps. Half the Hangers were broken too. The linens are scant - a flat sheet and thin bed cover. I hope the bed cover is changed for each guest. It was good the bed was made and new towels supplied daily. All the Staff is friendly and helpful . The free pool is a less than a minute walk with a well staffed restaurant. Do bring your own towel.

Stayed 4 nights at beginning of August 2024 Staff/maids were helpful and friendly. Room was basic, but clean, air con. Close to beach, bars, restaurants and bus station.

The air conditioning hardly worked, the staff was rude

Would have been nice if the chairs in the pics were on the balcony. Very handily located if you want to spend the night in the hell that is San Antonio. Clean, comfortable & not bad for the price on this overpriced island.

Brilliant hotel in the centre of San Antonio by the egg. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, the cleaners had a great rotation where if you were still asleep in the morning they would come back in the afternoon. The rooms are fairly simple but we’re a good size and really clean. Only downside was the fridge wasn’t very cold at all even after we tried to change the settings but other than that it was a great hotel and perfect for what we needed.

Great hotel for a 2 star… if you want a cuppa in the morning, take a travel kettle!

Perfect location by the Egg roundabout, the town and bay are easily walkable

There is not much to like about this property apart from it's location. There is no pool & we paid a premium for a kingsize bed which turned out to be two single beds with kingsize bedding, which drifted apart on the second night - NOT at asatisfactory !

Well located , clean and staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping are super lovely. My biggest issue was no kettle especially when everything shuts at 1am so we couldn’t have a hot drink when we wanted . Could be noisy at times(laughter and music ) but expected as people were only having a good time so didn’t bother us Would stay again

LOOOOVED staying here! This hotel is in such a good area, it's close to everything (bars, restaurants, clubs, bus station, etc). The view from the balcony is nice and it's comfy and roomy inside!

This hotel is exactly what you need when staying in san antonio. Good location with good restaurants around and reasonably comfortable and clean. When staying at the hotel in 2018 we only booked a standard room as there was none of the better rooms available. This time we were able to book a nicer room and it was 100% worth the extra money. The beds are comfier, the balcony is bigger and the rooms are more spacious. The bathroom isn't any bigger and the quality of the shower isn't great. The staff on reception are very nice and helpful. Check in was a slow process. The food as the red cafe was really nice.

Bed sucked. Euro exchange was a mission. Hotel wanted to charge me $50 more than I had booked for.

The position was brilliant for the clubs and bars.

This is a reasonable hotel in every way. The rooms are pleasant and you get what you pay for. It is very central in San Antonio, right on the main strip in fact and the bus station is directly behind the hotel. I was unfortunate to have been given a room with a dreadful odour which even though the staff tried to rectify was to no avail. I also had an issue with the fact that bathroom toiletries were only given twice in a full week and this was an annoying aspect as then you are buying and leaving these items behind you. There is shocking noise around this hotel 24 hours a day and sleep is difficult.

Great place for a stay in San Antonio. Close to everything here, good service and excellent bar cafeteria restaurant.

Nice hotel. 1st impressions were it looked a little like a hostel. It was spotless. I had a great room (512) corner room with wrap around balcony with FANTASTIC views of the bay. Room was spotless and spacious. The bed was comfy. Toilet very small and tiles starting to peel off the wall, shower curtain looked a little grubby. The main room could do with a bin. I don't see the point of there being a TV in the room. It is so small you would have to sit with your nose touching it to see the screen. My only negative point that I went to reception to ask 1 question when I got answered by a rather not nice receptionist. Young guy. They should remember that although they here the same questions day in and out that for the traveller the reception is our 1st impression of the establishment. All in all not bad for only £59 per night. If you want bells and whistles or to 'take someone back' forget it.
