Hotel was ok I was in room 035 . My room was basic and unfortunately I found in uncomfortable. Water noise constantly waking me up walls a paper thin

Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! Overall lovely stay, ideal location, fabulous cocktails, great evening entertainment and wide variety of food selections for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing hotel. Great value for money. Modern rooms, great pools, really good food, good gym, well located and the staff is extremely friendly- particularly Alexis, Mar, Abdullah, Aitor…

I stayed here for 5 nights with my friend for a relaxing break. The hotel is wonderful. It is in a wonderful location, walking distance from everything you need. The rooftop pool was fabulous and I would recommend booking this area. The view from this place is gorgeous. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner. The selection was unbelievable. Something for every taste. The staff in this hotel were amazing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was an issue from anyone you approached. Outstanding!

Lovely hotel, food was brilliant, entertainment was awesome

It seemed as if all the staff were beginners. The range of the menu on offer was huge, but its no good if you can't deliver quality cooking. (A Gordon Ramsay nightmare). The serving staff seem to think they were on holiday too. Little bundles of hair were on the floor around my room for the duration. (I'm bald). Good location.

Wonderful, friendly staff in a good location with a nice pool area and clean comfortable rooms.

Great hotel excellent amenities. Nightly entertainment was very good both at the pool and inside. Food was very good with plenty of choice. Very well located. Would stay again. Never a problem getting sunbeds.

Stunning hotel. Excellent stay. Good great. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Special mention to one of the bar maids from the roof top bar (Saida) she looked after us very well. Would come again.

Me and my partner stayed here for our honeymoon, it was beyond amazing! From checking in to checking out the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely, great facilities. Rooms were clean and modern. Great range of choice for breakfast, Buffet style. Gorgeous lunch on the roof top bar area also. We loved every minute, definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel, very clean throughout wherever you go from the rooms to the restaurant, reception area, pool side and spa area. Lovely and inviting. Modern decorations. Absolutely loved it.

Loved my stay

This was our second time to stay at this hotel & it was better this time which was amazing . All the staff were always smiling & they were very friendly & extremely helpful. The food choices served every evening for dinner was amazing , there was so much & very tasteful .Also the breakfast was also fabulous & plentiful . The cleanliness of the pool area was spotless & the rooms was well looked after . The cleaning staff were very helpful . We look forward to our next visit to thus hotel

Just as previous reviewers have said food amazing very clean. Modern feel. Didn’t have a pool view room and having now stayed would really have made a difference having one so I’d definitely ask. Looking out of hotel towards pool ask for rooms on right hand side. The rooftop area is beautiful, expected to pay a bit more for view and service but prices were a bit steep even compared to prices elsewhere in the hotel. Gym equipped with what you’d need though I did t use it. Spa area looked lovely though again didn’t use. Wasn’t told until I asked to book a bed on the rooftop that it was €40 each although that was used as a credit towards any food/drink purchased while you were there so if spending day up there you’d definitely be able to use it. We ended up a bit burnt and as no shade, umbrellas had to cancel so ended up not using. Was very nice for drinks later watching sunset though. Staff really friendly, removes cleaned daily. Used hairdressers for blow dry and curls which was €30. Relatively pleased with it as don’t suppose it’s ever the same as your regular hairdresser. We travelled last week in Jan. Sun lower than summer so areas of pool a bit shaded but still plenty beds in sunny spots. There was a foam pool party which was good fun. Didn’t stay in for any of the nighttime entertainment but it was always busy. I’d definitely recommend it and would go back.

First time at the tigotan hotel in Tenerife & it won’t be the last. Everything about it was spot on. Food, staff, ambience, cleanliness. All perfect.
