We check in later at night but the hotel closed for something. We had a calling to them. The manager drives a car and guides us to check in the same stars hotel for us. The hotel closes to beach more with the buffet breakfast too.
Such action in efficiency without any loss for clients are the trust.

Was because they had pool but only to find out that the pool was closed 2 weeks ago for the winter😡!! I feel so ripped off!
