Excellent location!

Beautiful apartment with a great location. We were greeted by the host, she was lovely. She gave us much information about the area which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Super attentive staff that always responded immediately to my questions. The hotel was exactly as pictured, and the location central to all the shopping & sights. A perfect stay!

It was a little loud at night, but all the properties around these are will probably experience the same thing, Granada is very live at night

My wife, two young kids and mother-in-law stayed in the premium two bedroom apartment, and we were just blown away by this property. It’s spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. Every part of the apartment is well-laid out. Too bad it was only a one night stay— probably would have booked it for longer had I known how nice it was going to be.

Perhaps our best stay in Spain over a two week vacation in multiple locations. Will definitely be checking their availability the next time I’m in Granada.

Location and cleanliness of the property

The place is spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped with a fridge, microwave, washer, dish washer, plates, glasses and utensils. They provide detergent for the dishes. The beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing. It is conveniently located in the heart of Granada, right behind the Royal Cathedral so you won’t miss anything. There is a bus stop right outside.

The location was fantastic, very close to the cathedral - as shown. The staff - Maribel and Jesus - could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Great property. Very posh in a great location. The only negative was that it was a little small for five people and the washing machine didn’t work.

This accommodation was comfortable and well appointed in a great location. Also very quiet despite proximity to Plaza Nuevo. Any requests were attended to promptly also. Overall would thoroughly recommend!

Apartment was nice - spotlessly clean, in great location but experience marred by poor check in. Didn’t receive check-in information 48 hours before as advised, chased them the day before arrival, and family was standing in blazing heat on arrival trying to speak to company as still no checkin details. Very poor - and Hotels.com couldn’t get hold of them either - so shouldn’t really be on platform. I was offered £25 of points as compensation but that hasn’t been applied either. So nice apartment, just shame about hours of hassle to get in and then get answers after!!

This apartment is absolutely incredible. We’ve been on a whirlwind tour of Spain, stopping in 10 cities, and while we have enjoyed each of our accommodations, U-Sense Granada was our favorite. The location and customer service were fantastic. It is located across the street from the cathedral, is walking distance to Alhambra (and every thing else we wanted to visit), and is situated above one of the most popular gelato shops in the city (it was our final stop each night). The location on Gran Via is just so charming. I couldn’t get enough of the view of the tree-lined street. In addition, the apartment was clean and the customer service was unmatched. Replies to any questions we had on WhatsApp were essentially instant. The set up was perfect for our family of 4, including a teenage son and daughter. The twin beds were able to be easily separated for them (of course we pushed them back together before checking out). The living area was small, but we rarely hung out there. While it wasn’t completely silent at night, being right on Gran Via, the noise truly was minimal. If we thought about it, we could hear it, but if we weren’t, it felt like slight white noise and didn’t bother us a bit. All in all, we truly loved our stay and would return without a second thought.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada. Its highlights include a convenient central location within walking distance to many sights and a full kitchen with many amenities, including a combination washer-dryer. The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff was wonderfully responsive. We had trouble starting our washing machine one afternoon and I had to retrieve an item left behind shortly after check out—in both cases, a staff member was able to help within minutes. Don’t hesitate to book this property, and don’t miss the gelato shop next door!
