靠近市中心 交通一流 附近有好多餐廳 有超市 post office 下次會再住...........................

地理位置超赞 从机场乘EMT 1 到plaza d'espanya 下车就是宾馆。。其他公交也很多 基本可以到 Palma所有地方了吧 还有去soller的小火车 房间状况OK 相当于国内三星了 但肯定没有20平米 还算干净 员工超nice 英语不错 热情介绍各种景点 早餐12欧略贵 不推荐 总体不错 满意

perfect location, great food, very resourceful and friendly hotel staffs, superb breakfast, and all these with a decent affordable price. Will definitely revisit if I visit Mallorca.

The place is falling apart and the kitchen staff yelled at us for asking if we could get the egg done a different way.

Hotel was dirty with food crumbs over the floors, property. The bedframe was covered in ants. The room was not possible to sleep in and the front desk was dismissive and only offered to change the sheets and would not provide another room. The room was not habitable and I had to go find other accommodation. Avoid at all costs.

Fint ophold. Morgenmaden blev proklameret som om den var af høj kvalitet og med masser forskelligt indhold. Det var ikke just den lækreste morgenmad jeg havde oplevet, og kaffen fra automaten var ringe. Værelserne var fine og rummelige, dog meget mørke, da der kun var et lille vindue. Gulvet var meget støvet, og der blev ikke gjort ordentligt rent fra dag til dag. Og så var der heller ikke en el-kedel på værelset, den skulle man til receptionen og hente, hvis de havde flere tilbage. Det ligger super centralt og nemt at komme til og fra lufthavnen.

Gelegen vlak bij het trein- en busstation, en het historische centrum. Ruime badkamer, kamer zelf minder ruim en niet echt practisch ingericht.

Problem after problem! First of all, I called the hotel to ask for a room with two beds. They confirmed this was no problem and we would have such a room, but when we got there, they gave us a room with just one bed (and couldn’t put us in a different room because they were “fully booked”). The room they gave us had a bathroom sink that was dripping constantly, and there was water all around the sink when we arrived. The refrigerator also was not working (and the other friend we were with said the fridge in his room was broken AND smelled bad). Not to mention the bed was hardly comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the blackout curtains kept out the light well in the early mornings, but overall our experience was highly disappointing.

Nous avons eu une chambre qui n’ouvre pas la fenêtre (ça ouvre un petit peu mais peut-être 1cm max, c’est pas possible de changer l’air), ni le rideau, pas beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre, ce n’était pas très agréable… La température de la chambre où on était étais 26℃, donc on a utilisé de climatisation mais un moment plus tard, ça sortait toujours le vend très chaud, on a eu l’impression que ça n’a pas été marché. On voyait que le tapis sur le sol à été changé la couleur brun noir, on n’était pas à l’aise de marcher à pied nu, il n’y avait même pas des pantoufles donc on a gardé les chaussures tout le temps. L’emplacement est très pratique pour faire découvrir dans la ville de Palma de Mallorque. Je suis déçu de l’état de la chambre….

Very good hotel, next to the Intermodal station. Really convenient to get everywhere. Clean and well managed hotel

I had a great stay! The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very clean. Good Wifi Connection. Directly located at Placa d'Espanya. It's just a step to the Airbus Bus. Most sightseeing attractions and shopping area are nearby / within walking distance. I definetely can recommend this Hotel and would book it again at any time!

Super hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre-ville, accueil très agréable! L’attention pour l’anniversaire de ma femme a été très apprécié par celle-ci! Chambre hyper spacieuse avec salle de bain très agréable! Je recommande fortement !

Sehr zentral gelegen am unterirdischen Busbahnhof. Sofort an der Altstadt. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal von sehr freundlich. Manche etwas wortkarg. Toll die nahe Altstadt.

Very nice property, clean and good location!

Mycket bra läge map. kommunikationer. Bra frukost. Rummet var bra, men badrummet hade för få krokar att hänga upp handdukar och handfatet var väl litet.

We had a great 6 days in this hotel. Did not use breakfast since we favoured in the near vicinity where there are great places to eat for very little - try Bar Mavi on 31 Deciembre street. The breakfast room did look fantastic though. Staff at reception were fantastic and we found the suite to be spotless. Train/bus station just outside hotel. We had junior suite on 7th floor 14 til 20th September 2024.

Good central location. Pay parking across the street. The room was comfortable but in need of repairs of several items. I think this hotel is a 3 star and not a 4 star. I will stay another nite before I leave Mallorca

Excellent location directly before the bus stop from the airport and next to the main train station to head out of Palma. 5 minute walk to Mercat with excellent lunch counters and fresh produce. Hotel was quite quiet considering the proximity to public transport
