Everything was good maybe more wall wipes but other then that good :)

This place is away from the city, but close to the metro which was easy to use. The hotel was fantastic, clean and spacious and breakfast was great too

hotel super nuevo ubicado en zona silenciosa, cuarto muy limpio, personal de recepcion y piso dasayunos muy disponible. Cerca del hotel hay una panaderia y una tienda gourmet eccepcionales, que mas...:)

The place was very clean and quiet, with an excellent location. Although it’s slightly outside downtown Madrid, it’s conveniently close to a subway and bus stop—just 20 minutes from the city center. The hotel provides parking for an additional fee, which isn’t cheap but is secure. There are also several nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was communicated as free but in fact was not, it was 7 per day per person.

Was a perfect hotel for this vacation with family. Top notch amenities, super clean and friendly staff.

Great rooms, not in a touristy area but only a short metro away from centre. A taxi from the airport was about €30. Would definitely stay here again if staying in Madrid!

El hotel me ha encantado, volvería a repetir. Todo muy limpio y la habitación muy espaciosa.

The hotel was great! Cynthia was friendly and helpful. Super clean and Beds super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was worth the cost (for us 7€ ea). I only wished it was in the center of Madrid, but if so it would had been sold out, and we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy a good night sleep.

Très bon séjour, personnel très agréable à l'accueil et ménage très bien fait. Hotel près de la station de métro Prosperidad ligne 4, trajet rapidement fait pour aller au centre de Madrid. Hotel calme. Quartier animé.

Me encantó el hotel. Todos muy amables,súper limpio la zona muy bonita y segura . Sin duda volvería.

Small room, big bed, good breakfast, decent fridge, air-con, location near metro and ice-cream shop. No tea making facilities and 12 inch wide balcony had very bright lights beaming into room that could not be switched off so had to use black-out curtains that ruined the sun rise etc - in fscr made room feel like it was underground. I complained and the lady shrugged _ For 130 euros a night I’d have expected more.

This hotel deseves more than 2 stars

Nous mettons rarement des 5 étoiles, mais là, nous conformons tous les points positifs des avis précédents. Accueille agréable, une propreté à toute épreuve, même dans les cages d'escaliers. Grande chambre avec une magnifique sdb, dans les tons noir et blanc, comme tout le reste de l 'hôtel. Lit confortable, aucuns bruits. petit dej type buffet, on va dire que c'est le petit point négatif, jus de fruit quelconque, fruit frais en mauvaises états... L hotel se trouve à 5 minutes d une bouche de métro (ligne 4), quartier animé.
