位置優良，市中心方便。房間乾淨，設計有品味

我們於12/25-12/28期間住宿，第一天的員工服務非常好，告知咖啡機壞了正等待人維修，並且貼心地告訴我們早上8:30提供croissant，12/27早上咖啡機終於修好了，我們想要搭配croissant，但是一名男性服務人員很不耐煩，一直到9點才把輕食推出來，我們早已到隔壁的麵包店買好了。到了中午咖啡機又壞了，直到我們離開都沒有再修好。 我們很喜歡這間飯店，每一個房間都非常精緻，地點也十分方便，唯獨那位頭髮不多的男服務生讓我們非常反感，他是我在巴塞隆納遇到最不友善的服務人員。除此之外這間飯店絕對是5顆星!

從飯店地理位置（離地鐵及機場接駁站點走路10分鐘內抵達），飯店設施（設計+客房非常舒適）及親切的飯店人員都給滿分!!!!

酒店前台check-in很快，服務不錯，房間偏小，同時打開兩個行李箱，有點擠迫！另外房間沒有提供電熱水壺，不是很方便！ 房間設計還好淋浴間與廁所分開，淋浴間水力很大，非常好用！ 房間有個小陽台，可惜景觀是望向隔離大廈牆壁，一點都不開陽！ 另外酒店地點非常方便，從機場坐大巴Aerobus， 總站Catalunya落車後，往前行兩個街口右轉直落10分鐘便到達,從酒店出發步行到各個景點都不是太遠

為我們找的計程車並不誠實。

房間不錯， 位置離地鐵有點遠， 但能走路的人也可以走路到聖家堂， 約25分鐘可到

Great location and very friendly staff

The room was clean and huge.

Check in was a nightmare. The key code wouldn’t work for hours. We were exhausted from our trip but couldn’t check in. Only 1st floor rooms can accommodate 3 people. Those rooms have a window that looks onto a wall. The room felt like a cave. The website photo for a 3-person room has balconies so I thought that’s what I was getting. There is no access to a microwave in the building. Getting the room cleaned during your stay is by fee only. I must say the front desk staff was very kind and exceptionally fluent in English so those were a bonus.

The room is too small for 4 person - can sleep for 4 doesn't mean that it has enough space for 4 persons. It has a king-sized bed and a double sofabed. The sofabed had to open throughout the entire stay and when it opened, there was no space to walk, not to mention the space to open all our luggages. Staff are nice. Room was not clean but acceptable. Another problem for not having a reception was that - when your neighbour was noisy, you didn't know where to get help. My neighbour was making noise one night (laugh, yell, screaming, talking, maybe they are having a late night party at 2ish!!). I didn't want to risk myself to talk to them, what I could do is to contact the hotel via the chat, and it took almost 45 mins to have someone responded. I am not sure if that someone helped us communicating with the guest or they just too tired, after a couple of messages, no more noise in 15 mins. but I couldn't sleep that night. Location is great.

Fantastic hotel stay. Location was perfect for walking all around Barcelona. Great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

The service is excellent here, and Genaro (onsite concierge) was wonderful. Barcelona is a very dirty city. We definitely didn't love the city as much as we hoped. Easy to get around via taxi or walking. Great breakfast place around the corner (Egg Lab) that accommodated a gluten allergy really well.

Close to shopping, great restaurants and La Rambla. It was a very small room, about the size of cruise ship cabin. Window faced a wall, so not much light.

All perfectly as described. A basic, but clean room in a great location. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

Nos alojamos en Sonder Vasanta y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos caminando de Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia y muchos restaurantes y tiendas. El check-in es muy cómodo, se hace con llave digital desde la app del teléfono, sin necesidad de pasar por recepción. En el segundo piso hay una zona común donde puedes tomar café, té o reponer jabón cuando lo necesites, lo cual fue un detalle muy útil. El personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero si solo necesitas un lugar para dormir después de recorrer la ciudad, cumplen muy bien su función. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, algo importante en verano. Lo comentamos en recepción, pero no hubo solución durante nuestra estancia. En resumen, es un hotel moderno, cómodo y súper bien ubicado. Ideal para quienes buscan algo práctico en el corazón de Barcelona.
