Lovely villa that has all necessary amenities. It's not new, but well kept and very private. Definitely recommended for a quiet stay.

Villa muy bien equipada. La zona de la terraza y piscina es muy agradable. Muy buena opción para familias o grupos (cada habitación tiene su baño).

Lovely pool, and villa

Sorry to say, but Villa Finesse has list its ”finesse”. Still a lovely house, but the rental firm needs to improve the service. We have been here several times, but it’s time for the rental firm to step up. The whole point by renting a villa, is to be able to relax, be able to cook and take care of yourself. 15 years ago, this place had the little extra, now a lot of things are missing ( glasses, cups, bowls, cutting boards, knives, etc..) Easy to fix, but needs more “love”!

Top Haus und super ruhige Lage. Man muss aber eine Auto haben, sonst werden die Wege weit.

Great modern villa, lovely surroundings. Quite a long way from the beach, but we had a car so it was okay. Lovely and private and very well kept.

En la casa había polvo y bastantes telarañas. Encontramos copas sucias, marcadas con labios de algún otro huésped. Entra mucha luz por las ventanas, dado que no hay contracortinas opacas. Muchos de los equipamientos no funcionaban (jacuzzi de la piscina, duchas de hidromasaje de los baños, desagües embozados, cisterna del wc) e incluso teníamos una plaga de hormigas en la cocina que nos obligaron a tirar mucha comida en dos ocasiones. Tras comentarlo con la recepción, algunos se solucionaron pero otros no. El jardín estaba descuidado, con el césped sin cortar y plantas que impedían el paso por los laterales de la casa, y la piscina estaba sucia. Consideramos que es muy triste que, por el precio que se paga por estas villas, nadie se preocupe de probar todas las instalaciones antes de que lleguen los huéspedes.

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable villa, in gated area. With electric remotely controlled gates to the access street and then to each villa. Easy, hassle free check in at a professional and well organised office down in son bou Very good fast Wi-fi is a good feature. The Nice Hotel nearby is good for drinks and entertainment with a small mini market but if you want to go into the village for restaurants it’s a 20 minute walk down but a steep walk back or an 8 Euro taxi. Can definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday in tranquil setting , but would recommend a hire car if you want to visit the superb beach and supermarket.

Für 5 Personen war das Haus mehr als ausreichend. Sehr schöne Möbel, schönes Geschirr, 3 Bäder ... wir waren sehr zufrieden.

EXPEDIA booked the airport connection bus to the wrong location. We had to walk a mile down a very steep hill to pick up keys. Upon arrival the villa smelled so damp we left all the windows open for 48 hours but this didn't help as every time e came in it smelled the same. Expedia advert claimed heated pool. The pool was in fact freezing and un usable. So we could have saved £450 and stayed in the Valentin hotel next door as the ONLY reason we chose Finesse was for the secluded pool. None of the showers worked properly. There was a constant noise from the ceiling ducts like someone outside on a moped. which meant we were kept awake most nights. They claimed it to be wind but it was constant and the wind wasn't! So in essence a total waste of time and money. I will be pursuing some kind of refund

Very well laid out and appointed villa with nice pool and outside area, very peaceful. Completely secure with remotely controlled gates to the complex of villas and then to each individual villa. It's a steep walk to son bou which takes around 15 minutes. The beach is fantastic Restaurant choice is a little limited in the area. Hotel valentine next door is available if you want the buffet at 18euro per person. Usual hotel food but very clean and nice staff , also the bar is good. The maids are very friendly and cleaned very efficiently twice a week. The reception desk in son bou is always available and was also efficient and professional. The TV has UK channels but the BBC and ITV seem to work during AM only but SKY News available all the time. Internet worked great. Best supermarket is in polygon industry estate near airport Called Mercadona. We have rented villas numerous times and would say this ticked most boxes and on balance is the best we've experienced.
