This hotel has large suite so we stay there comfortably. The bathroom is large with separate room for toilet. The hotel has a large courtyard where there are nice plants. It is very close to metro subway, Diego de Leon so convenient.
What I don’t like is that we can hear noise from next room people talking, also the shower design is bad for leaking out water easily so we were careful not to turning on water in large volume.
Other than that, I really like the hotel. I will consider staying again if I go back to Madrid in future.

我們住的404房洗澡洗到一半，天花板下起傾盆大雨，洗手台、地板全溼了，樓上應該在洗澡，管缐破了，整個天花板開始滴水，地上還有洗澡的泡泡水。然後飯店不給換房，只叫工人來修，幸好修得快，但是仍然擔誤了我們的就寢時間。

Perfect place to rest and relax. Staff was very kind and helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Location is ideal and easy to find. They have a lovely botanical garden in the back. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms with cabinets, utensils, plates. A stove to cook, a refrigerator, and a sink. Nice living area and gorgeous bathroom. Comfortable bed. Everything was wonderful!!!! It really exceeded my expectations. It is located in a beautiful, safe, and sophisticated neighborhood in Madrid. I would definitely stay here again.
