Solo que tienen que mejorar un poco con el lavado de la toalla Le tienen que poner más suavisante por qué las toallas tienen un olor raro Pero el resto bien

The hotel was fine, it had a nice view. Food options were good, but very limited. Unfortunately, the staff was indifferent about everything. I always felt like I was bothering them even though the place was mostly empty. I had to cut my trip short by 4 days to get back home and the hotel staff would not connect me to a manager regarding my request for a refund. Also, I elevated my request through Expedia and the hotel management won’t even talk to Expedia regarding my requests for a refund. They are severely lacking in the customer service area.

Did not have tea/coffee in th he room. They could not provide us with kettle just get some warm water in the morning.

Muy todo limpio y la comida buenisima y todo con buena calidad lo recomiendo para una buena estancia en Gandia.

Cama muy cómoda, sería mejor plato de ducha con Mampara, ya que es más cómodo que la bañera y el buffet la comida bien pero más variedad también sería bueno

Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either. Reception staff were excellent, location of hotel is good too, plus on site EV charging €6 but was only 7kw per hour for non porsche cars. Food was okay but at the cheaper end so only had dinner there once.

Cet hôtel n’a de palace que le nom… Nous avons eu un problème avec le mini bar qui ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré leur avoir dis 4 fois, ils n’ont pas été capable de nous en fournir un qui fonctionnait ! Super avec la canicule dehors… La réception m’avait dit que je pourrais donc avoir de la glace gratuite. Mais c’était un mensonge… la personne du bar très désagréable (vous pourrez facilement l’identifier) a essayé de m’arnaquer en me faisant payer 20 centimes le glaçon !!! Pour de l’eau congelé !!! Appart ça, les vitres de tout l’hôtel était degueulasses. Les 3 ascenseurs sont horriblement longs. La piscine est prise d’assaut et à l’ombre quasiment toute la journée. Parking de l’hôtel payant et place à proximité prise d’assaut : on a tourné 1h pour trouver une place. Point positif : le personnel a l’accueil et le bagagiste étaient gentils et le lit super confortable. Nous avions la vue mer. Mais pour le prix, vous pouvez trouver la même chose ailleurs et beaucoup moins chers.

Tranquilo y comodo

Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough so we went with the roadside ) as well as a bus stop opposite. But we found it easy to walk everywhere in Gandia from here. The mini fridge was appreciated for keeping water chilled in our room.

Redelijk hotel . Personeel is vaak traag . Velen spreken nauwelijks of geen Engels . Niet van deze tijd . Kamer in orde . Echter matige huishoudservice . Al met al , niet geweldig maar zeker niet slecht
