Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, el personal fue amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Agradecemos especialmente algunos gestos de cortesía que marcaron la diferencia y facilitaron mucho nuestra estancia. La ubicación es ideal para moverse por la ciudad.

Very friendly and helpful team, on my second day the power went out (not their fault) but after the air con in the big dorm didn’t seem to work as well. It made for a stuffy end to my stay.

Raum Yang ist mitunter etwas laut, weil zur Straße gelegen, die Tür schließt nicht mehr komplett. Kleine Betten mit Privatsphäre durch Vorhänge. Platz für Habseligkeiten bieten Bettcontainer und Flurschließfächer. Bad ist ordentlich, aber ohne Stellflächen.

Trevlig personal. Bra service. Möjlighet att vara för sig själv och att umgås med andra. Intelligenta och kreativa lösningar, bland annat var sängnichen trevlig och smart .

Very cozy and nice place. Convenient beds and all kind of facilities (kitchen, laundry, vending machine, games, music, etc.). The staff is helpful and kind.

Friendly staff, great common area, dorm and female shower/toilets. The Yin pods were fantastic. A great location to explore the port and Cala Mayor areas. The only issue was that the mattress was too soft for my tastes.

The welcome from Jean-Pierre was brilliant and he continued to be helpful, friendly during my stay, a real asset to Y Hostel. My capsule bed was great and as were all my dorm mates. Definitely recommend this place. On a great bus route with plenty of local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Really small and cozy hostel, it was quiet at night so you were able to sleep. I really enjoyed the women's room.

Fantastic Hostel 20 minutes walk from Palma Center Large pod style beds with comfortable matresses. Very friendly and proffesional staff.

Super friendly were all receptionists there. The bunker beds were very comfort and private. There is one mini market next to door. You need no hostel card there.

Auberge propre avec le confort nécessaire Dommage que les douches ne soient pas dotées de portes (simple rideau) Dommage également qu’elle soit en sous sol, pas de lumière naturelle Personnel au top disponible et agréable

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cette auberge, le dortoir réservé correspondait très bien aux photos. Le matelas était confortable, la salle de bain se trouve dans les parties communes ce qui n'est pas dérangeant. L'auberge est située proche des transports en commun, très pratique pour se rendre aux plages à proximité et en centre ville. Je vous recommande vivement d'y aller :)

It’s in a nice area of the city. The hostel has good vibes and everyone is friendly. Will return when next in Palma.

This was my first experience in a hostel and overall it was great. I felt safe and I liked that I could book an all girls room. The beds were like little bee hives, and very spacious. I really liked that they had curtains. The bathrooms were mostly clean. If there was low toilet paper you just had to tell someone and they would replace it. The only thing that wasn’t necessary bad, was that there were a lot of older folks staying at the hostel. As days went by, more younger people flowed in and out. Thanks Víctor and Agustin for always being friendly and helpful! I hope to make it back to Mallorca soon :)

Ich habe mich nicht sicher und nicht willkommen gefühlt aus meiner persönlichen Sicht. Kann das nicht empfehlen. Ich werde nie wiederkommen.

Literally the worst hostel on earth. I asked myself Y would I stay here? I left because people were literally itching from the bed bugs. They had more cockroaches than guests. I nearly threw up from the stains, filth, grime and dirt everywhere! It was a slum pit of doom. Customer service is non existent! I have been to 57 countries and not ever seen such deplorable living conditions.it was worse than the worst parts in a 3rd world country! There was human excrement on the walls and puke and blood in the rooms. This place is a health violation! It should be closed due to toxic fluids on the walls and in the sheets! It ruined my entire vacation and it will ruin yours too! Do not! I repeat do not stay here! You will be very sorry! Again: DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

The nearest station is quite a way out (this is an eco site after all) and it is still a bit of an uphill walk from the station. Bathrooms were good, rooms were nice with a cupboard and the bed has a shelf and reading light. If you want to cook, you can but the kitchen could still do with an overhaul.
