硬體很棒，可惜餐廳服務等候時間過久

离机场很近，早餐也不错

Nice pool and view, but the staff were really slow to provide towers to the guests.

Poor location,far away from the city centre, do not have any restaurant or shops nearby.

由于酒店部分装修，超值的价格订了含早晚两餐的房间。酒店在静静的湖边（内海），室外泳池。所含的晚餐是标准的西餐：面包、色拉、汤、主菜、甜点，一道道的上，真是棒极了！早餐也很丰盛。

由于飞机凌晨到尼甘布，便在此酒店暂住一晚，与酒店预定好接机服务，司机到的很准时，入住后在卫生间看到两蜘蛛，对此酒店印象便稍打折扣，但第二天起来看到酒店外的景色真的不错。其实留给我最好印象的还是酒店司机Cameron，他作为我们的司机陪我们两天，最后在nanuoya火车站与他分别真的很不舍，他英文不错，有礼貌，关键人很好，他说不喜欢伸手就要小费的那些人，我们都是自由人，不要怕对他们说不。之后的几天我每到一地都会给他打电话。如果我再去兰卡，一定会去看他。

First room was smelling badly of mould. The same did the second room. Then the were nice to upgrade us to the of side of the hotel, with sea view. Bedding was worn out with a lot of holes in it, the same for the towels.. The technicians needed 13 min to fix the spa on the balcony. No pool towels available at the pool. They came after an other. 6.40 in the morning drummers started to play at the pool for an event. Will never go back

Firstly, when we conducted check-in, they tried to get cash from us, even though we have already paid the all of accommodation fee, through Hotel.com. It seemed that they intentionally tried to receive the money as their personal tip, and when they recognized they failed (I explained that *I have already paid through Hotel.com*), they just said *Sorry*. I think they had some success experiences that they could duplicated accommodation fee, by this trial. I was unpleasant from the beginning. Secondly, A restaurant manager strongly recommend us to choose the buffet, even though we denied many times, due to our queries. He just prioritized his profit and he never respect us. Finally he gave up to change our mind, but he never show professional attitude and just showed childish attitude (after that he just ignored us totally). We were strongly uncomfortable in the restaurant. From those reason, I don’t recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone at all.

I spent 3 nights here as it was the joining hotel for a group tour. My first room was on the edge of a mosquito ridden swamp and at dusk the mozzies were coming in under the door. My tv had a volume set at 59. I was moved to another room. Next room had a cracked shower head and water sprayed everywhere at high pressure another English guest had told me about her shower experience and had been shifted to another room. This was fixed after "discussion" with the plumber he got soaked when I turned on the shower . On the third night my room share lady arrived from England and the aircon stopped working she was moved to another room at 9pm. I'd had enough moving and chose to stay put. Considering I'd paid around $140 a night not including breakfast it's the worst place I've ever stayed. The location is good apart from the mosquitos no screens on the doors or mosquito nets on beds. The staff were very helpful and responded to the issues however I wasn't offered a free meal for all the inconvenience . By comparison my first hotel at under $100 a night was very pleasant and comfortable.

No refrigerator in room this is a biggie for travellers like us in the tropics . Only two skinny towels gym closed rooms ok but not flash at all

Beautiful lagoon-front self-contained hotel, room was spotless, staff the most courteous and helpful I’ve ever met. Lagoon tour (arranged by front desk) was peaceful, full of birds, Captain Rohan a fantastic guide to birds and wildlife. Transportation to Negombo is via tuktuk, driver Asim polite and exceptionally kind (provided tour of Negombo and a short errand for salt and Type G adapter for my travels, Amagi Aria has universal outlets but the rest of Sri Lanka has Type G). Excellent breakfast buffet too!

There was no fridge in the unit n I needed to put my insulin in the fridge.they said they would bring 1 but never did . I gave them the insulin to put in their fridge. I asked them again about the fridge.then they bought one n plugged it in. They brought my insulin and the box was all wet n one cartridge was broken.as I had 1 extra I didn’t bother complain.after a while I found the fridge was not working at all.i just left my insulin outside. Why they have to put that they probably knew it wasn’t working. At my age I didn’t want any drama n said nothing to them. I was disappointed.

Rooms are shoddy at best. First room with broken lock, warm fridge, dim lighting (couldnt even see my clothes let alone face in the mirror). Second room, was give their nonfunctioning family room, fridge had been removed and I was provided warm water and a subpar A/C so woke up in a sweat, shades did not even open so could not enjoy sunshine in their dull dimly lit rooms, bathroom was horrendously dirty and dilapidated. Room key never worked and doors didn’t lock (I believe the maintenance guy must still be on his way). Horrible and wouldn't even stay there for free. Zero vegan options other than fruit unless you are allergic to any since all are mixed together using same serving spoon. No nondairy options in a place with majority Asian visitors is just inconsiderate. The “spa” is a joke and so rundown for being “new” (one year old) -looks like walking into an abandoned construction site, nobody washed their hands, no sheet even placed on the body, cold and made colder when massage guy put fan on blast for his own comfort after which he continued to massage with his sweaty hands. Not convenient to visit anything in town and takes forever to get Uber to and from property. Do not offer free airport pickup/dropoff and considerably more expensive than an Uber (airport only 15mins away). They left used toilet paper roll in a family room suite with about ten squares on it.

It is a good hotel on the lake/beach with all sorts of services available.

Good location for getting to the airport. Nice foyer area. Rooms looked tired and run down.

The place was very nice

Early flight in the morning to Europe and too much noice of loud music coming come from the bay. I could not sleep the hours I had available at the property, plus when I woke up and turned on the light I saw a big cockroach on the floor running around .... no comment

Bel hôtel, bien situé, très belle décoration, nous avons eu une très grande chambre avec le jacuzzi, au calme. Par contre le service au restaurant au rooftop pas top. Le serveur était un peu perdu. Il s`est trompé de commande, le manager devait régler l`affaire. A la réception le personnel un peu mal réveillé. A améliorer le service, autrement tout bon.

Usædvanlig ringe betjening overalt. Lange ventetider i redtaurant selv om der stort set ikkd var gæster. Engelsk kundskaberne var der langt imellem og det gav udfordringer
