Very dirty and uncomfortable hotel. In very poor condition and expensive.

This hotel is overpriced and not worth it. It should not be rated as a 3-star hotel. The condition and cleanliness of the hotel was very bad. It was very smelly everytime when I entered the room. The fridge was very dirty and there were leftover from the previous customer. Lack of facilities and supplies in the room. What it had in the room in poor condition As I lived more than 1 week there, to my surprise, I was billed immediately for the whole amount on my first day of arrival. Do not recommend living in this hotel.

很不错的商务酒店，离火车站很近，适合转机短住。附近那家吃螃蟹的餐厅棒极了，记得提前预约。

地點很好，周圍許多很棒的餐聽，飯店網路不佳、早餐選擇少；若預算有限、對住宿品質沒有要求太高，以地點來說是個c/p值不錯的選擇

Well located. 24-hour reception.

The bathroom smelt like something had died inside. We found maggots on the floor. MAGGOTS. The sheets were dirty and so was the towel.

My room was mosquito infested and the toilet smelled terrible. After an administrative mix-up I was called out of bed at 23.45pm to show my passport as they had no record of me checking in despite me explaining that I had a separate reservation for my second night.

Great stuff, good price in great laction.

I always in this hotel booked room with terrace (city view) But this time give me room with window (nothing to see) view But this the best hotel in this price in this area.

Early Check-in, but they have problem with the Wifi

It is in a great location, but needs some TLC, it could be fantastic but it's not.

ホテルはコロンボの中心街であるフォートやペターまで徒歩20分位、ゴールフェイスグリーンまでも徒歩20分位で申し分がありません。周りをヒルトンホテルやキングスバリーホテルといった一流ホテルに囲まれとても静かなところです。少々古いですが、掃除が行き届いており清潔です。シャワーもお湯が出ます。朝食はバイキングで欧米料理やスリランカ 料理もあり、充実しています。

Inexpensive. Closely located to the train station. Buffet not so good.

nearby restaurant and pub hence quite noisy but bearable

Arrived late into Colombo, stay one night and left early next morning on the train. Hotel was average.

ホテルの責とは言えないが、隣がナイトクラブなのだろうか、重低音のビートが深夜一時半過ぎまで室内に響きわたり、常識では考えられないほどの騒々しさ。いつもこのように騒がしいのかは不明。私が宿泊したのが年末で金曜の夜だったからかもしれない。どこでも眠れる自信のある人以外は、多分、とても寝付けないに違いない。 部屋にミニバーとフリーウォーターあり。 Wifiは案内してくれたが、インターネットに繋がらず使えなかった。 シャワーの水圧は低いが、この国では普通だろう。お湯がちゃんと出るだけよいと言える。 朝食は六時半からスタートし、十時ごろまで。西洋料理中心のビュッフェで、品数はホットミールが１０品くらいでそれなりにあるほう。
