艾特肯斯彭斯酒店

酒店位置在山上，外观漂亮，客房服务速度很慢，花了半小时才到，但是客房部小伙动作很麻利。房间设施陈旧，洗手台下水漏水，卫生巾垃圾桶生锈，卫生不彻底。风景很漂亮，餐饮很不错，酒廊驻唱唱歌很棒，以为是放cd。离佛牙寺大约6km左右。性价比总体一般。

這是我旅行經驗中，住過最糟糕的酒店。 1.別被圖片給騙了。這是一家很老舊的五星酒店，房間有霉味，價格又貴。完全沒那個價值。 2.這家號稱五星的酒店，毫無體貼客人的精神。在入住前一天，因為家人於旅途中生病，我們希望等家人身體好些再繼續旅程前往，我們透過hotel.com打了兩次電話，以及後來親自致電酒店，希望酒店能體諒我們的緊急狀況，讓我們取消或延後如住。但酒店經理毫無體諒客人的心情，三次電話都惡狠狠的回應：不行，如果我們讓你取消，我們酒店就損失了。 這是多年來我出差或旅行第一次遇到的狀況。很震驚這樣毫不體諒客人的酒店。 3.入住時，請櫃檯幫我們安排安靜一點的區域，因為家人不舒服需要好好休息，結果酒店還是幫我們安排在酒店的空調機械室旁邊。真的完全不在乎客人的感受。 4.整晚房間不斷跳電。問酒店是什麼情形，居然回我們是城市的電力問題，但放眼山下，通火通明，完全是欺騙客人。 5.地點離康迪湖與城市很遠，走路無法抵達。而圍繞著康迪湖與城市裡，有很多新的四星酒店，價格也很便宜，絕不要花冤枉錢訂這家飯店。

Hotel is new & clean and service is good. It really provide a relax environment. Recommend for relax holiday.

酒店的整体景观很漂亮。距离市中心有一点距离，但是却落得安静。我们被安排在后面的一个WING，面向后山，距离大堂要走很长的路，因此没有什么噪声。但是采光和景观稍逊一些。房间尺寸比较大。竟然没有烧水壶，联系客房后提供给我们。卫生间镜子正对着卧室。游泳池在阳光下很舒适。酒店员工没有那么热情。如果有车出行，那么在这里可以考虑在这里休整。

Excellent hôtel juste à l’entrée de Kandy, très grande chambre vraiment confortable avec vue sur la piscine et la vallée. Télévision et frigo .Extraordinaire petit-déjeuner, belle piscine, accueil professionnel dans un hall magnifique. Personnels très attentifs et professionnels. Certaines chambres ont des matelas plus confortables que d’autres. Je recommande !

Staff very friendly and lady Shehani came we us and explain completely room amenities and food was excellant I would strongly advice for Earl Regency

Staff treated locals poorly.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The rooms are lovely and the food is good. Spent a lovely day relaxing by the pool which is very clean. Has come to Kandy for the Perahera and this was an oasis of quiet after the hustle and bustle. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Everything fabulous

I wonder whether this is the best hotel in Sri Lanka. I was amazed at the architecture, the location, the quality for the price. The service. The room was beautiful. It is worth getting out of Kandy proper to have this as a base to return to. To wake up in. Amazing

Great food and location

Excellent hotel with great service. Rooms are large and beautiful and the hotel is situated in a beautiful area. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and am incredibly grateful for the helpfulness and care of the staff. The hotel is stunning- the rooms, food, service, gardens- everything! It’s luxury in paradise away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy town.

Leider zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Hatten die Luxury Suit. Wirlpool war dreckig und Einrichtung etwas weird.

Best place to stay

The staff are wonderful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The facilities are very nice. The lightening in the bathroom could be brighter but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Property is poorly maintained, mould in bathrooms dirty and you do not get some basic requirements like toilet paper and face towels. Also, the property comes with pets, coach roaches, gecko, ants, and mosquitoes. The most import issue is the hotel caters to busloads of Indian tourists, who are loud, rude, and have absolutely no regard for other quests. Children running around, people changing tables, walking around eating food, and hogging the buffet table, push right in like they are starving. Overall the staff are very friendly, but not really properly trained, some customer facing staff do not appear to understand or speak English. Basic requests like toilet paper or a wake-up call just are too much. Call someone to pick up your bags 3 times. The hotel is not work the money, yes the rooms are large the staff are friendly, the views fantastic but the food, bugs etc make it worth far less than we paid.

Architecture, bar and restaurant are great. Amenities are also fantastic
