Pls do not stay here. It is a scam. We gave us rooms that we did not book, in the basement of the motel. The sink had spider webs and termites were crawling on the bathroom counter. Towels were stained, fridge had mold, Mountain View was non existent. The stench was unbearable. Staff were incompetent.

The room was great and the people who work at this place are very friendly! Do not hesitate to book at this hotel!

The staff are amazing. Good food at the restaurant. Breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean. Would recommend it to anyone.

Super ihana asiakaspalvelija aulassa, joka tarjosi meille aamupalan ilmaiseksi, vaikka se ei hintaan olisi kuulunut. Olimme aamulla lähdössä aikaisin seuraavaan kohteeseen ja respan mies oli tehnyt munakkaat, hedelmäsalaatit ja paahtoleivät meitä varten. Huone oli hyvin siisti ja tilava. Suuri parveke, josta kauniit näköalat vuoristoon.

This homestay was not ready for my arrival. He first asked me to come 2 hours late and then when i arrived there was no one at home. He finally accommodated me into another adjacent property which was much better, but i could have selected that in the first place.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. ABER: Der Strom war immer wieder weg, genauso das Wasser. Wir konnten am Morgen nicht duschen und zeitweise die Toilette nicht spülen. Eines unserer Betten war und wurde einfach nicht bezogen. In der Toilette gab es kein Klopapier und keine Handtücher. Zum Glück hatten wir alles selbst dabei. Das Hotel wirkt neu/unfertig, hat aber bestimmt Potential.

It's a really relaxt hotel. It's new and they are still working on it. But it already looks great! The staff is very friendly and helpfull. And the food they make is good! I had a great time here and if I come to Ella again, I will go to Ella Mansion again!

This place is 5mins by tuk tuk from the busy and very touristy main street in Ella. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great views. A newly built place.

Hotel is new, 3 km away from the city center (tough road to walk) so you definitely need a tuk-tuk to take yo there 300 rupees. On the bright side, it is a quiet, green, secluded area! Service was great, people are kind and willing to assist you. I was a little bit disappointed with the cleanliness inside the rooms, bathrooms look clean since they are new however there was a lot of hair in the drain and it seemed it had no been cleaned.
