康提七个天堂酒店

景觀是這間酒店的優點，服務也不錯，但比較難找，司機找了幾個路口都不對，房間有點小，露台的地板有點髒，可能因為下雨吧！走出去要穿鞋子

New hotel, Everything is good!!!

Great views but service was terrible, no one knew what they were doing, food better than average

Sehr schön und ruhig auf dem Berg gelegen, trotzdem in 10min zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Grande chambre avec belle vue sur le lac, mais chère. Réservé avec Expedia: annoncé avec lit king size, mais c'était un 140 cm; petit déjeuner annoncé en buffet mais ce n'était pas le cas. Le patron était désolé du "malentendu", qu'il impute à Expedia, mais il n'a pas fait un geste commercial pour autant (par exemple sur le dîner). Restaurant vraiment très mauvais, à éviter même en dépannage. Très excentré: il faut un tuktuk pour aller manger en ville.

We had a pleasant stay in Heaven Seven Kandy. Our room was clean and equipped with a good AC. Also the location was great - close to the center, but away from the noice up in the hill. Beautiful views from the balcony to the city.

Yes, the view is great, but only two rooms of this hotel have it. We got stuck in a room at the back (worst one is the one next to the main entrance and lobby) with a view of the staff path to the laundry room (ie no privacy) and without sunlight. The room was small and stuffy. The Hotel looks to be central on the map, but there is a long uphill road before you get to the hotel. Our Bathroom had the usual amenities, but clearly the hotel refills the bottles rather than supplying fresh ones to each new guest. We had two bottles labelled "shower gel", one containing a white fluid (body lotion?). The bottle labelled "body lotion" contained a blue shampoo like fluid. (see pic)

It was Great Nice location and view also the hotel staff was very friendly and helped a lot.

Small hotel overlooking the lake with nice view. Schools in the neighbourhood can be noisy in the morning. The hotel staff needs some more experience. No breakfast menu, but they made everything we asked for. All in all a good hotel for max 2 nights in Kandy.

ヒルサイドにありキャンディ湖や仏歯寺がよく見えます。朝は仏歯寺プージャのお祈りが聞こえ幻想的でした。 ホテルは新しく清潔で設備も充実しています。

場所良し。清潔。ただ部屋が１階のロビー、レストランの真横だったのが残念。窓辺に駐車車両もあり、外が見えなかったのもガックリ。

チェックアウトが12時で、ギリギリまで観光して精算しようと思っていたが、二度も追い掛けてきてしつこく確認されたのは残念で悔しかった。しかも車をホテルに残していたにもかかわらず…。

Good room, beautiful area. Hard to find... Had some problems with our first night as nobody was there as we arrived and gate locked. Service not willing to compromise about situation so money lost and also, no hot water

New hotel located above the lake with a nice view of the city, within walking distance from the Temple of the Tooth and the old town. The staff were friendly and directed us to a nice cultural dance show. The hotel was a little difficult to find initially, but it is directly above a temple. At night you can see the lighted up hotel sign on the hill.

２泊を過ごしました。ホテルはチョッと高台にあるため、とても静かに過ごすことができました。またホテル内のレストランもメニューの数は多くはないのですが、スリランカ料理だけではなくてイタリアンなどもありちょっと体調を壊し気味だったのですがおいしくいただきました。ただサイトに載っていた地図を持って行ったのですが、あの地図ではホテルにたどり着けません。スリランカ全般に言えるのでしょうがトゥクトゥクのおじさんは道を知っているようで知らなくて「大丈夫行けるよ！！」と言うのですが結局、近くにいる人に聞いて何とかたどり着きました。たどり着いてみると繁華街にも歩いて行けるくらいの場所でした。まあ、サイトの地図がイマイチなのとスリランカの人が地図を見るのが苦手なことのダブルパンチでなかなかたどり着けなかったようです。池の対岸が仏歯寺でお経の声が聞こえてきたことも良かったポイントに加えたいと思います。繁華街の中のホテルは夜中もうるさいと思うので静かに夜を過ごしたい人にはお勧めです。

One night stay so not so easy to judge. Good helpful staff with good english language. Hotel was a bit out of city centre but that was good. The smog, traffic and religious chanting was horrible in the city. 200 rupiah for tuktuk so the distanse is perfect;) we went hiking in the woods after this hotelstop. They could serve a better breakfast... Enjoy

Confort, bon accueil, belle vue, bon petit dejeuner

It's a bit far from centre but go there by tuk tuk is cheap and quick. We chose it because it is away from busy traffic.We were assigned to a room on ground floor but it's noisy from the restaurant outside. After complain, we were moved to upper floors. It's much better. Breakfast offers quite a lot of choices, we like it. The bad thing is the staff is not knowlegable at all. They don't hv a map of kandy and they can not tell u sightseeing spots or train time table. Should definitely improve!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Mr Uday and Mr Edward were very hospitable and served everything at a phone call. The ambience,freshness of air and the wonderful sight of the Kandy lake from the hotel adds to the overall fun. Hotel heaven Seven is a must stay at Kandy.
