we really had great time at this hotel. The staff is really gentle. The hotel and its public area really nice. The location is one of the best for surfers with a reaf break point and a beach break. except for surfing, there are not a lot of activites around the hotel.

Tarifs non respectés par l’hôtel, A notre arrivée on nous explique qu’ils ne peuvent pas nous laisser les chambres au tarif prévu donc surcoût de 220$ sinon pas de chambre…

Poor customer service, No hot water, breakfast was overpriced and average. Found hair in the sink and on the mattress.
Booked Seaview ocean side room. On arrival told it wasn’t available so had a noisy road side room , no discount or compensation offered. Could be a great hotel but staff and management running at super poor level. Shame

We had a great time here. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The condition of the rooms is not up to scratch but we were compensated for the problems we experienced. Rooms need to be fully tested before guests can stay. TV didn't work at all and the air con was on and off.
