Amazing location. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Very hospitable staff, especially the staff at the reception and the staff at the restaurant Mr Hakeem were very helpful.

They have warm water instead of hot water. Food was bellow average. Our.suitr didn't even have a place to hang towels

الإقامة كانت ممتازه في خذا الفندق.. والعشاء ممتاز والفطور جيد اعجبني الفندق رغم قدمه

اقامة في الفندق يومين كانت الاطلالة رائعة والهدوء يعم المكان والخدمة رائعة والعاملين بشوشين لكن هناك شي واحد لم يعجبني وهو نظافة الماء حيث قمت بملئ البانيو وكانت المياة صفراء لذا لم استفد من الجاكوزي ابدا

Staff were exceptional. Food was world class! The location was definitely fantastic with well manicured gardens, golf course and things to do.

Love it. I will come again and again there. So quiet and comfortable stay

مكان رائع بحق... من أراد زيارة سريلانكا فأنصحه بالمكوث في هذا الفندق لليلتين على الأقل.. هادئ وطبيعة خلابة... لقد كان إختياري موفقا.. عشت ليلتين من أروع الليالي..فقط الاسعار مرتفعة نوعا ما.. من المناطق القريبة لهذا الفندق بحيرة تسمى جنة الدنيا...

this place is for relaxing and stay away from the busy working or life style. their food was so delicious. all the staff were very helpful especially the butler achu , he helped us to get the healthy food for my 8 months old baby.

we had spent 6 nights in hunas falls, truly worth to stay there and all the staff were excellent and very humble . they make sure we dint have any issues during our stay. especially the butler Achu had personaly helped us alot to provide the baby food for mu 8months old baby.

The room was generic, fine but unspectacular, the wifi was sketchy. The view from the balcony of the manicured gardens and hills in the distance was sensational. A bit deceptive to say that it's right on Hunas Falls doorstep- the real Hunas Falls is 1.5km down the road, the only part of the waterfall that is close is a tiny trickle about a metre high that they refer to as the "upper falls". Plenty of staff, but little idea how to maximise enjoyment. Despite the large number of chairs and lounges around the pool, they were stunned when we requested our lunch or snacks be served there instead of in the restaurant. The pool is surrounded by ugly plastic decking that gets boiling in the sun, but at the moment, even that would be a luxury because half are pulled up with the concrete ridges that can't be walked on exposed! We had to battle for a 2.00pm check out despite the fact the hotel was mostly empty. We enjoyed our stay but if better managed, it would have been more positive.

Great room and view from the balcony. Badly maintaned around the swimming pool. Overpriced and not a 5 stars hotel.

We only stayed here for one night, but it proved to be a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the cities. The location is absolutely stunning! An incredible secluded spot which can only be described as Eden-like. The hotel grounds were immaculate and brimming with wildlife and plants. Fantastic service by all staff - highly recommended.
