Very nice hotel. Friendly staff.

only can checkin after 2pm，which means you should wait in lobby if you arrived in the morning！！！ need extra 40 days if check in in the morning

Carpet in room a bit dark, others all r fine, nice food, easy to access nearby shopping area

the room is old and small and even smell. the equipment are old. no bath gel and teeth brush. will not visit again.

Rooms are a good size and staff are friendly, but unfortunately the views from the rooms and rooftop pool are nothing like the images due to the construction tower across the road. You can no longer see the ocean. The pool is a lot smaller than pictured too, and the rooms are quite dated and could do with a refurbish. We also found the shower ran out of hot water on two occasions. Overall fine for one night, though there are probably nicer places at a similar price

The staff were lovely but that’s about it really. I booked this hotel as the last part of our honeymoon, expecting the stunning views from the rooftop that the images show. Unfortunately I didn’t get this, I got a view of 3 hideous skyscrapers. They’ve been built for a while and the images are so outdated. It’s misleading and it’s false advertisement. I wasn’t happy at all. You really need to update your photos and show what the rooftop view is actually like, you cannot see the sea at all.

Had a great stay! Room was exactly as described and the service was impeccable! Location is also great! Highly recommend this hotel

The staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a premium room. However the king size was just enough for four of us; 2 adults and 2 kids. We'd have liked some more room, perhaps 2 double beds. The room itself was nice & tidy, had an office space which was quite handy. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Les employés sont très courtois, toujours prêt à nous aider! La chambre était parfaite! Un seul petit hic.. la piscine est très petite et peu d’espace pour profiter du soleil!

Attentive and polite who make everyone feel special is the highlight of this hotel. Central location, spacious clean rooms are other benefits. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book again
