The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location.

Lovely hotel overlooking Kandy with breathtaking views. All of the staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything we asked. Khan, in the dining room was especially attentive to our needs and always tried to make us more comfortable. The pool area is lovely too so you can relax after a hot day. It’s a bit further away from Kandy centre but I would say worth it for the stunning views and you can get a cheap tuk tuk into the centre in around ten minutes so fine for us.

You get speculator views of all of Kandy from this luxurious hotel. Eeverything is clean, the food is a perfect mix of European and Sri Lankan. And the staff can’t be more helpful.

We had a short stopover at Blue Mountain. The view was fantastic! The hotel invested in good quality fixtures: the rooms are spacious, the pool and garden terrace very nice and the bathroom with a view worth it. It’s overall comfortable and clean. Food served was also good and staff was attentive to our needs. I would rank Blue Moutain higher than most accommodations in Sri Lanka, and it would need just a bit more efficiency and attention to details to qualify for high-end.

Very neat place to stay, up a cliff overlooking the river and large Buddha up in the hills. We had a family suite with two large bathrooms, two bedrooms, two balconies and incredible view. Infinity pool perched on the edge of the property, very cool! Incredible service and excellent food. Up a very steep switchback road, not easy to get there and not easy to get back down from!

The property location is on top of the mountain away from everything. The view from your room is spectacular and breathtaking. The property it self needs to be updated, shower seals needed to be re-cocked as it leaked all over the bedroom. Bath and Hand Towels are all stained and felt that it was not cleaned properly. Can’t comment on the facilities as we where out early and back late during our 2 nights stay with them.

Nice, clean, and affordable hotel in Kandy. Centrally located which was great when we wanted to see the main sights. Great mountain views from your room. The road to get there is a little difficult but if you have your taxi call the hotel, they can easily direct them.

Great mountain view. There is no cafes or shops around. If no transport to town , can be a bit inconvenient

Great hotel . The property is on a montain. Great views . Good pool but was very cold . The hotel is far from.the city and it is quite annoying to get to and from the hotel . By Tuk Tuk or cab . Stayed there 8 nights and it was too much . Hotel is a great and staff helpful

No hot water. workers get off at 10pm and no service. basic amenities. out of the way, hard to get to.

Liitle bit difficult to access the property, but the view is so nice. Room is clean and comfortable bed. Staff service is so friendly and welcome.
