Pool nice but surrounding wood area is dangerous. The beach in front was dirty. If you sit at pool side, hawkers lean in and shout at you from the beach, including a man with a performing monkey on a leash! There was no hot water when we showered before leaving for the airport in the morning, and they leave the front doors open all night, leaving the hallways and lifts filled with mozzies. Also, despite Expedia's ad at time of booking, thete was no free airport transfer. It was tha only reason we booked and so we ended up embroiled in conversations with the hotel, who wanted to charge 20usd each way, and Expedia, who said it wasn't their problem. Overpriced and disapponting.

The room was really nice and spacious. The gym was great with a nice view. What brought this hotel down was the pool area that was not cozy at all. It was a small area considering the amount of guests and very open making it feel sad. As the beach in Negombo was dirty with a lot of trash in the sand we felt like staying by the pool but there was no plants, sun parasols, shadow in the morning and it just felt cheap without any charm. Considering the rest of the hotel was so nice and the room quite expensive we were disappointed by this part of the hotel.

Et helt fantastisk sted, rett og slett. Dette er ikke bare et fint og luksuriøst hotell etter Sri Lankisk standard, dette er et fint og luksuriøst hotell etter vestlig standard. Rommene er store, badet delikat og utsikten er bare helt utenomjordisk. Det er lite som slår å se den rosa solnedgangen over det indiske hav fra balkongen her, det må oppleves.

Liked about property : close to the airport, very modern and updated rooms with nice view of the ocean. Nice rooftop. Didn’t like about property : there were many small mini ants crawling on the table in our room. Maybe a spray or something to keep ants out of the room would be recommendable.

The Hotel is super clean and the decor is amazing. A truly 4 star / borderline 5. Restaurant food is very good but incredibly slow considering the number of staff present in the restaurant - they need to work on efficiency. One staff member at the front desk where incredibly rude over the phone (everyone else we’re very friendly). I wanted to get some clothes cleaned and this proved to be so difficult that I needed up giving up and going across the road after they made me wait at the room over 45 mins for someone to collect the laundry. Fumigation very much needed in and around the hotel. We had food completely covered by ants in the room!!

Modern and stylish property with sea view and friendly staff. Rooms are large and we'll equipped. Breakfast was excellent.

The location was great - in front of quiet beach, not the one more famous. (but that's something I personally like). The room (I know only the type I stayed) was well designed - better than some popular boutique hotels in NYC. Also the service was great as well. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, if I come to Negombo.

ITs a brand new hotel, so everything is perfect. Friendly front desk who organized my free airport shuttle at 5am. Complimentary cookies, infinity pool, amazing room with view of beach with balcony. Great bathroom with soak tub overlooking the ocean. Great bed and pillow, luxurious. Only negative with no fault of the hotel is there is construction of a huge hotel next door that should be complete in 6 months.

Helt okey hotell. Området är sådär. Ingen höjdar strand precis. Lite väl lyhört. Bra mat och wifi.

Einzigartiges Zimmer (Premium) mit traumhaftem Panoramablick auf das Meer. Pool sehr klein, Strand ist nicht sehr schön, wird auch als Parkplatz genutzt, nebenan Baustelle. Wenn wir nicht das Sonderangebot gebucht hätten würde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmen. Frühstück nicht überzeugend.

duftende Handtücher in weiß, Zimmer und gesamtes Hotel sehr sauber. Jeden Tag 2 neue Glaswasserflaschen kostenfrei auf dem Zimmer. Curry superlecker, andere Speisen am Bufett leider nicht mehr warm, Lamm z.B. schmeckt nur heiß. Im Duschbereich beim Pool , sollte die Tür repariert werden und noch Haken für den Bademantel oder Handtuch angebracht werden. Eine Abschattung wäre beim Pool auch noch eine Verbesserung

Unbelievable stay with our own pool absolute loved our stay!

We are more then angry .. we put a no disturb / cleaning Sign on the door . Left for 1,5 h to go to the pool . We came back . The housekeeping was in there . We saw at night when we packt that they stole 200€ from us .. was hidden in a passport wallet in the closed .. when we complained . They let us wait for hours . No one really talked to us . Took us 4 hours . They where no helpful .. kind of annoyed ... “they investigating “ now .. so .. however .. there where unfriendly .. not helpful .. we paid 190€ for 2 nights .. and all they came to us .. was 2000slr ... ( 10€) 50% what we ate!! For letting us 4hours wait .: being unfriendly , unhelpful , not communicating with us !!! Worse place ever!!! Was the most expensive hotel we stayed in Sri Lanka . To let the awsome vacation end Nicely !!! FAIL!!!
