Expedia Group verified review
Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Name of the hotel was not what is in hotels.com website.. no one was there to receive us at night.. only dogs were there.. had to call the owner and cancel the booking.. not sure whether they have cancelled my booking.. terrible experience at night.. pls ensure to cancel the booking and refund if payment has already realized..
