We stayed at the Villa Tea Fields for one night during our visit to Nuwara Eliya. The room was clean/combortable, bathroom was newly renovated/modern. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. The balcony was a great place to relax, read a book, take in the view of the garden - very pleasant experience. We highly recommend the Villa Tea Fields if you're visiting Nuwara Eliya.
The place looked nice. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Took personal care of their guest and even had suggestions. Gave us a little gift at our checkout. Breakfast was good however for lunch and dinner you need to go into town. It was heavily windy and raining during our stay so phone signal and internet was weak but they had a pool table, games and books to keep us entertained. Would of loved to enjoy the balcony but was closed due to the weather damaging parts of it but the friendly service made up for it as they offered us coffee & tea throughout our stay. Not a 5⭐️ hotel but as advertised little villa with 4 rooms. The downstairs washroom need an upgrade but rest of the cottage was nicely staged.
quiet and nice house, nice room. When we checked in,the town weather is rainy and very cold.Hotel staffs are friendly. We like the hotel everywhere. But I want to say,the room beds of roof is too low, made me hit my head twice.I like the hotel bathroom products. They smells good. And breakfast is good, good black tea, enough fruit.
