Beautiful hotel, with good facilities including a rooftop area with a pool and bar (bar closed during Ramadan, as expected. Main issue for me was the staff, some were fabulous - the men on the door were super helpful. However during taking my Iftar in the hotel restaurant, I went to reception the day before to book, and was told I didn’t need to, so I hadn’t booked but explained to the man on the door - he said it was no issue and wrote down my room number - another member of staff interrupted me eating to tell me I needed to pay at the end, which I already knew and it was strange for him to do this as this is normal everywhere. I felt like he was making assumptions of me. I did not see him do this to anyone else who arrived as walk-ins either… And then when you check out of the hotel they make you wait around after while their staff check your room before allowing you to leave. I’ve never had this experience anywhere before and it felt like they were judging us to be bad people. Bizarre and uncomfortable behaviour, surely when they have our card details on file it should be ok just to leave as they can charge for damages, like all other hotels

It is in a good location and close to important places.

A very good hotel, the lobby was always a welcoming place, the room is made to a high standard, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. The rooftop also provides a nice place to take in the views. I would definitely stay here again.

overall good hotel, exept for 2 episodes, a women screaming at 2am in the room next door and a woman using her cel phone on loud speakers in the breakfast room. we had to report these episodes to the Reception

Super comfy bed which is hard to find in the Middle East. A great rooftop pool and restaurant

Overall, it was a great stay. If they can add some tea and coffee in the room, it will be great.

I enjoyed my staying in this hotel very much . facilities and staff were very awesome. breakfast could be better also .

The staff are amazing. To name a few. The manager Rashad, front desk are very welcoming. Tulu at the restaurant is very attentive and helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

Centrally located and walking distance from restaurants and shopping malls. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. They let us check in early even without asking and when requested happily accommodated us with a late check out. The rooms are spacious in comparison to hotels in the same price range and come with good amenities. The bath is decent as well. The facilities i.e. the steam room and the jaccuzi area seemed a little dated and smelled mouldy. On one occasion while clicking pictures in the rooftop poolside area we were asked to ensure nobody else was in the pictures and on another we were told we couldn't take pictures of the pool at all, only of the views from the rooftop. I found it a bit rude. If there are such restrictions, you may post them on a board at the entrance of the area, that would avoid any unpleasant exchanges. We didn't opt for breakfast as there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. Overall i would recommend this property to those travelling for business or leisure .

Good breakfast and clean room and service

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the room was very clean. Check-in was swift, and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby. I only wish the rooftop pool was open at dawn because it would have been great to see the sun rise over the gulf.
