Excellent service. Very quiet and beautiful location. The staff at the restaurant were amazing. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they made me the most delicious steak and potatoes. The cocktail I ordered was delicious too. For a small town this hotel and restaurant go above and beyond. Their food is more like a 5 star restaurant. Thank you!!!

Had a lovely stay. The only issue I had was that I needed to check in late and there was no one there after 9pm and I arrived at 11pm. Thankfully someone helped me in to the building where my keys were waiting for me to arrive. Food is excellent, staff is friendly, and the room was comfortable and a decent size for a European hotel. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the city centre. The walk itself is up some fairly steep stairs so may not be suitable for folks with mobility issues. The coffee machine is worth the stay! Excellent coffee at the push of a button. Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. While it may be difficult to find without a GPS once you find the hotel it is worth the effort. The hotel is actually two buildings: a heritage home and a newer building. the view over the river is great and the neighbourhood id excellent if you are looking for a quiet stay.

Et utrolig fint hotell med veldig god beliggenhet og utsikt! Utrolig hyggelige ansatte som tok meg godt imot og informerte godt om hotellet. Rommet var kjempefint med både hageplass og utemøbler, og hadde det ikke vært for litt overskya vær hadde jeg tilbrakt hele morgenen ute på plassen! Kommer definitivt til å ta en tur til urelatert til jobbreise!

Mooi hotel met zeer goed restaurant. De meerprijs voor een kamer met uitzicht op de stad is absoluut het geld waard, anders zit je aan de weg waar iedereen zo naar binnen kijken. Bij de kamer met uitzicht op de stad heb je ook nog een balkon. personeel is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren is gratis en stad is op wandelafstand.

Det gik fint, dog var der ikke et område i restauranten hvor han kunne være med. Maden var rigtig lækker og super service. Trollhatten er et spændende sted med gode vandreturer.

Fick en trasig dusch, sa till dagen efter men fick ingen kompensation, vilken kändes som lite dålig service. Helt okej rum, lite slitet.
