房間寬敞乾淨，清潔的工作人員友善親切，進出方便，入住流程簡單。

Some supermarkets and restaurants close to the hotel. I like to have a run along the river.

The apartment is situated in a very convient location. Lack of kitchen facility is a pity.

Really good apartment with front desk. The facility is sufficient and the location is quiet.

The apartment is unacceptable dirty with a nasty smell in the toilet as well as the bed. You can find the heaters are covering with a layer of dust. Some dead bugs are found at the windows. Also, the malfunction shower doors are dirty and could not stop the water from leaking out. The carpet is horribly filthy with many stains. The sofa bed is so disgusting that many hairs on it. I am pretty sure there are fleas which making me full of red spots and itchy. A large mirror on the side of the sofa bed seems to have been deliberately covered with curtains. From time to time, I saw many shadows passing the corners of the room. The floor lamp on the side of the sofa bed was ON and OFF occasionally by itself. One night, when I was trying to text with my friends. The mobile phone is completely out of control that the messages are deleted by itself. After that, the screen kept sweeping constantly. In fact, my mobile phone is brand new and just bought for two months. So, the chance of failure is quite low. The scariest part is when I tried to sleep, I felt like there was someone waving in front of my face. Then I opened my eyes, I saw an old man with thin hair but no face was sitting at the end of my bed. I really wanted to yell, not only I can't make a sound, but I can't move at all. I could only close my eyes and keep praying. But suddenly I felt very hot, a heavy force pressing me and hold my breath. I requested to change the room the next morning, but the hotel refused my request.

這是一間位在郊區的自助飯店，沒有櫃台，是透過密碼鎖開門。 也因為沒有櫃台，無法寄放行李，這點有點困擾。 房間內設施還不錯，還有洗衣機可以用，但如果有提供洗衣粉和自助早餐就好了。

位於輕軌站5分鐘路程的距離..挺方便的..房間乾淨

Ingen utsikt i leiligheten. Det var ikke noe vi fokusere på, men som de reklamerte med. Sengetøy kan godt oppgraderes, putene var klumpete. Ellers rent og ryddig. Kort avstand og gode muligheter for kollektiv trafikk.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The price was very affordable for Sweden. The location is great—you can reach the city center on foot, and there are a few supermarkets nearby. We had a very good time staying there. Just a small suggestion: it would be helpful if the kitchen provided basic items like salt, pepper, and oil, as that would make things easier for guests. We also had a small issue with the sofa bed, which was a bit noisy, and the hair dryer didn’t work very well and felt like it might break.

Fint ljust rum, skön säng, trevlig personal. Bra kök! Rent och prydligt.

Fullt blås på ventilationen och kall luft som ej gick att reglera i rummet. Fick sova med dubbla täcken och två extraelement inkopplade. Lokal personal på plats var mycket förstående och hjälpsamma efter att jag klagat centralt. Dock kändes det som lokal personal inte hade fulla förutsättningar från fastighetsägaren.

Easy check in. Good to have separate duvets. Not very clean. Lots of crumbs/food bits/hairs on bedding/shower not clean. Needs a hoover. No tea/coffee provided as was in desceiption. There was also an ongoing noise like an extractor fan in apartment that was constant. Also a trip hazard on floor 3 in hallway with no explanation a ventilation maching thing around doorways of apartments

Lätta instruktioner, fint inne, lätt att hitta till, bra bekvämligheter. Kommer sannolikt tillbaka.

Perfekt läge för mig. Enkelt att ta sig till/från och enkel incheckning

Great area (10 mins walk to where the boat leaves to the city centre or 5 mins to the tram with lots of restaurants nearby). The room was clean and had everything you need. Recommended!
