Great place to stay to relax after a full day of outdoor activities that are in minus 30 degrees Celsius in the winter, like Northern Lights watching or husky dogs sleighing in a tundra! This hotel has a great restaurant on premises and an amazing spa with hot pools, indoors and even outdoors!, steam room and sauna. I would definitely recommend Camp Ripan for anyone who would like to stay in Kiruna!

Nice environment. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast buffet. Actually you can see the aurora outside the hotel if good weather. Just a few minutes from the bus stop to the hotel.

We are happy with the distance between airport & hotel, the Aurora Spa is a must go. The response rate is good whenever I have inquiry via Expedia chat box.
The bed and one of the chairs have kind of dirt marks & toilet had stained when we arrived. Hope it’s just single case.
The choices of restaurant are limited but we can understand as it’s not a big city.

距離市中心大約二十分鐘，在雪也上拉箱比較困難，房間寛濶，幸運地晚上可以看見北極光，付費夜浸空外spa可以一邊浸一邊看北極光

房間很大, 但双人房只有一個放置行李的位置, 應多設一個行李架。房內亦沒有衣架或掛衣物位置, 所有衣物必須掛在入門口掛外套的玄關位, 冬天極不方便。 附近有條輕鬆易行的行山徑 。早餐不俗, 選擇算多, 有煙三文魚。步行至市中心亦不遠及方便

Staffs are very nice and the breakfast is good. The room is well equipped and clean enough. Just a 5 minutes walk to the supermarket so that we can do some cooking. But the hotel is quite far from the bus stop and it is not easy to walk even it just take you 15 minutes. If you don’t drive, you may need to call taxi or the transfer from the hotel.

本來在文件上寫好了可安排交通，最終沒有。
沒有租車的話，就別選這間旅館了。下雪天拖著行李出入，十分吃力。接待處職員態度一般。千里迢迢來到，沒有一絲歡迎之意。這貨錢，有很多更好的選擇！
很北極光，也可以走進去附近的樹林。

竟然沒有房間WiFi， 然後說要等隔天才能恢復（當時只是才下午時間）住這邊大都只住一晚為多，這擺明就是講好房間有WiFi 是騙人的，因為連辦入住手續時根本就沒有提供密碼，房間也沒有。打電話問他們，才說WiFi 目前無法使用，請我們到大廳區域用網路！非常惡劣。

Is a must to try out the Aurora Spa! Although you have to pay an entry fee even you are a hotel guest but a spa experience in Lapland worths it!
Also recommended to try the restaurant there! Both the food and service are good!

受付のスタッフはわかりやすく対応して頂き、設備も満足できる範囲でした。朝食も充実していて食事を楽しめました。ただ、周りの明るさはさえぎれてはいないためホテル施設からのオーロラ観測はコンディションの良い時のみかなと思います。全体的には宿泊して後悔はしないと思います。
