Överlag ett bra hotell med bra frukost. Vissa rum behöver dock lite uppfräschning då mattor böjar bli solkiga, möbler etc. skavda/förstörda etc.

The compact room I'd originally booked had faulty plug sockets. The room was much smaller than I'd imagined. I was really grateful that the reception staff moved me to a bigger room, closer to the lifts which was lovely. My room wasn't totally cleared of used mugs the first day but generally speaking, staff were all very friendly, helpful and again, we were very happy with the hotel. (I missed the waffle irons this trip at breakfast tho.) Otherwise, the choice was good. I would just say that the staff making the omelettes, again very friendly, used the same pan and spatula when making ham or vegetarian omelettes. For someone vegetarian like me, that wasn't really acceptable. That would be my only criticism tho.

Very expensive and I have never in my life seen such a small room. But I slept well.

Personalen, receptionen och frukosten var riktigt bra. Men jag blev lite förvånad över hur slitet det var i korridorerna och rummet. Och även garaget var rejält förvirrande och inte mist deras prissättning där parkering kostar 395 och man måste hämta bilen senast 13:00 dagen efter annars blir det tillägg på 90SEK/timme och detta oavsett hur sent man checkade in dagen innan,

Superfint rum! Varmt och med varma fluffiga täcken. Kommer definitivt åka hit nästa gång!

Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och allt hanteras enkelt!

For the first I have stayed in this hotel before. Unfortanetely the room was not in the standard that expected. When I asked to update the room the reception staff ( young man) told me that there was no rooms available. Then I opened the hotels.com app and showed him that there was rooms available. After this he told me that the app dont synchronize with their system. When I complained about the bad service and asked to speak with the manager of the hotel he told me that the boss was not there and that I threathened him and he will call to the police if I dont stop. I will never stay here again!! Its pitty because the location of the hotel is great and I’m a regular guest of all Clarion hotels :(
