Actually I sprained my ankle that morning, I really need to take a rest as early as I can. However, the payment system did not work, it took more than 30 mints and the reception still couldn't figure out the reason, I was not very happy about it.

Frühstück war mega! Riesen Auswahl und für alle etwas dabei.
Zimmer hatte genügend Ablagefläche und Haken für Kleider. Mit Kindern ist das super praktisch.
Schade war, dass der Pool nicht von Kindern benutzt werden durfte. Bei einem zweiten Blick und nach Rückfragen an der Rezeption, haben wir dann die Info, dass der Pool erst ab 16 Jahren benutzt werden darf, gefunden. Unter der Rubrik Familienfreundlich wird bei ebookers allerdings "Aussenpool" aufgeführt und auch bei den Highlights.
Das Netz zum drauf liegen ist toll, allerdings auch nur zu bestimmten Zeiten offen, sodass man relativ früh zurück ins Hotel kommen musste, um davon Gebrauch machen zu können.
Beim Checkout wurde einfach die Zimmerkarte entgegen genommen, ohne Mitteilung, dass alles beglichen ist oder dergleichen und auch keine Rückfrage, ob alles gut war beim Aufenthalt.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer wird nur auf Wunsch gereinigt, wobei Müll und die Handtücher dennoch täglich entsorgt / ausgetauscht werden. Hatten einen wirklich guten Aufenthalt.
Einzige Negativpunkte: Das WC-Papier ist schrecklich (einlagig und rau) und die Halterung ist zu nah an der Toilette. Das Bad ist im Allgemeinen ziemlich eng.

The pool is an extra you have to pay for. Great location, nice hotel, nice (indoor) rooftop bar with good cocktails. The double rooms not the best as just two single beds pushed together and no wardrobe

Very well positioned hotel for easy access to all islands, short walk to Galla Stan. Great functionally Swedish room, powerful shower, comfy bed. Facilities were exceptional, especially the breakfast, with an amazing spread of options, even a separate gluten free station with pastries etc. everything had been thought about. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Stockholm

I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and our toddler son in May 2026. This hotel was such a wonderful treat! I booked this hotel because I thought the hotel's theme would be fun for my wife and son and it definitely delivered on that. Our room had a cozy camper/cabin vibe, but also felt very plush and had a number of conveniences that made life easier, like numerous dimmable lights and lamps throughout the room, a spacious bathroom with a deep bath, USB ports over the night stands, and easily accessible coat hooks right near the door. The hotel served as a very comfortable, but energetic home base, which was perfect for our little family. The entire hotel was clean, well-maintained, and on theme. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bartender even whipped up an excellent hot cocoa for my son when we got in from a cold late night. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient; a number of restaurants were right around the corner, and metro, train, and bus stations were only a short walk away. Our stay in Stockholm was short, so we did not partake of any of the hotel's activities or amenities, but we intend to return to Stockholm and will likely stay at Downtown Camper when we do.
