Room did not have towels, upon request at reception we were provided with some towels (less then a set each) which we realised were mouldy and filthy. When we called reception they came to the room, provided us with a fresh set each and some complimentary sweets. We noticed some pizza boxes in the hallways near the lift that were left there for 3 days. All in all it was okay, but not the place you recommend to friends and family.

Very nice social areas and a great breakfast. The rooms are getting a bit tired, still nice but refurbishing will be needed soon. Unfortunately the blind on a window in my room was completely broken and would not lock down into place. So bright light all night. My complaint was handled well by reception. I hope this is fixed for the next guest in room 735.

Great location close to bars, restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the train station. Close to Stadsmuseum and arbetetsmuseum. Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast buffet.

Parking garage was full so we had to “find our own parking” offsite Noise in the street well into the early morning hours No restaurants open on Friday night. No stores nearby The furniture in the room was old, torn and dirty. The room was too small for an opened sofa bed, it could not be accessed from either side, only the foot of the bed.

Its not friendly hotel . One of the receptionist is races . She is evening shift she let me stay for 25 minutes outside she didnt open the door while its cold and raining that night Sept 26 at 11:45 pm . I showed my hotel card for her to let me in . Still standing and watching me and my husband she us races . The hotel is very old . First tome to use elite grand hotel in Sweden no aircondotion but they have 1 small plastic fan. The room is very small they dont clean well the tub and bathroom . I fall in the tub because its slimy . I ask for rubber mat before I end up to the hospital . I dont recommend that hotel and staying in Sweden is not good for tourist who dont understand their language . I got ticket from the parking for $72.00 for not removing my car from 8-21 am cleaning time . Inside the parking lot and no english instruction only P as in parking then yellow sign that Swedish wording so how do you know their rules or law if no english translation they dont care if your tourist and dont understand their language not fir tourist that place . Buffet not that good .

Hotel was lovely in a nice location but rooms were on the smaller side although they did have everything uou need. Breakfast had a reasonable range. No onsite parking but directed to a nearby carparks which we were lucky to get the last space in the first one we went to. Staff were friendly and pleasant and the town was nice too

Rummet hade en trasig lampa, dörren till duschen var sne och gick inte att stänga. Rummet låg också vägg och vägg med hissrummet, vilket innebar att man tydligt hörde hisstrummen starta, snurra och stanna varje gång någon åkte i hissen. Men riktigt bra frukost och trevlig personal.
