This hotel was beautiful! Our room had the best view of the Kärnan and we even had a balcony! The beds are very comfortable and breakfast was great-many options. Our only disappointment was that the sauna was broken and the sauna was the reason we chose this hotel. We loved our stay but that was a downerfor us!

Great historic hotel in a great location.

We had a great time there - loved the location and service and it’s a current reminder of the grand past!

Parking was very confusing and it cost me a 1000 kr ticket. And the parking spot was right in front of the hotel. They could have done a much better job of customer service.

Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. The hotel provides earplugs, which is good because there’s a noisy pub downstairs on the church side. Towels a good size. Has a heated towel rack that can be used to dry clothes you hand wash. No guest / self service laundry; just a paid laundry service but no price list supplied. Location is pretty good. Generous breakfast buffet.

Loved this property in terms of location, staff (front desk staff and bar tender Marcus especially). Location is perfect to see the sites of the city. Very safe and walkable. Loved the small side streets, park around Karnan Tower and the surrounding park with the views of the city and harbour. Only suggestion is attention to detail in the room (refilling the coffee station, removing a used glass and towel before check-in)

Ich wurde beim Check-In freundlich empfangen. In diesem Hotel steht kein Kaffee zur Fika gratis bereit und es gibt keinen Aufenthaltsraum - Ur Gastronomie. Mein Superiorzimmer war relativ klein, aber meinem Wunsch nach schöner Aussicht wurde entsprochen. Leider waren die bereitgestellten Weingläser so dreckig, dass ich nicht nochmal hier einkehren werde. Ich habe mich jedoch sehr über den Fernseher gefreut, der über Chromecast verfügte. Das ist immer toll für mich. Frühstück war auch gut, leider nur billige Nuss-Nougat-Creme und kein Waffeleisen, was es sonst in Schweden häufig gibt. Hygieneartikel waren toll. Alles insgesamt recht gut, aber die dreckigen Gläser haben mich abgeschreckt.

Rörigt i matsalen och det som skulle vara varmt var till stor del kallt och jag var ändå inte sen i matsalen. Rummet hade en stinkande minibar. För övrigt så är ju hotellet otroligt fint rent utseendemässigt både ut- och invändigt.

Fantastisk! Vi blev uppgraderade till en juniorsvit o det var perfekt ☺️

Trivsamt, bra läge, bra rum, god frukost. Parkeringsmöjligheterna i området är väldigt begränsade.

Centralt placeret hotel. Fin morgenmad men der burde have været köttbullar i morgenbuffet.

Right at Stora torget in Helsinborg, you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops around, 5 min walk to train station and ferries, 10 min walk to the concert hall. Breakfast and cleaning ladies lovely, reception somewhat stiff. Beautiful building, use the main stairs so you can see for yourself!

Vi havde en skøn oplevelse, så fint et hotel i gammel smuk stil. Vi fik et lyst og fantastisk hjørneværelse, med udsigt over byen ( 406) God stemning og ånd, hvor vi følte os velkommen og god service overalt, rigtig sød receptionist. Her kommer vi gerne igen😊

Väldigt högljudd från gatan musik till 0200 gick inte att sova.

Allt var bra . Vi kommer förmodligen tillbaka nästa gång vi är i stan
