Everything was perfect for me and I really liked the simple modern monotone interior, too. Just one thing to adde is maybe if you had a higher quality hair dryer set in the room it would be super nice for women who cares for their hair. Thank you !

I stayed at the Johannesgatan 12 property. Be warned Stockholm has some hills with stairs so plan route from T-centralen carefully to avoid them if you are walking and have lots of bags! The property and room were great. Very quiet, very clean. It’s several buildings with an interior courtyard so I heard almost no street noise. Staff were very responsive to questions by email. The neighborhood is very residential so it’s pretty quiet, but an easy 20 minute walk to the central train station and the Hötorget metro station is 5 minutes away. I had a single room with a twin bed and balcony. Comfy bed, nice bathroom facilities and everything worked. They were very prompt sending the access code to get into the property and room.

Just beautiful! Clean, has everything you need, well laid out and dare I say very Scandinavian. We were beyond happy with our stay. It’s in the centre of the city without being on a busy street, you can walk everywhere within 20 minutes. Recommend to all.

Forenom needs to have a scan of your ID documents if you don't have one of the nordic BankId accounts. This process, operated by OnFido, takes a long time and is very error prone. I almost gave up, but was helped by Forenom customer care when they viewed the onfido information and also didn't understand why it was refused. The place itself is well-located, clean and safe. My shower drain didn't work well, but that was the only maintenance downside.

Nice apartment stay

A lovely, quiet, well-appointed property centrally-located in Norrmalm. Unenclosed shower makes a watery mess of the whole bathroom space, otherwise zero complaints

Location is really great, one subway stop + 7 min walk from train station. Apartment was recently renovated and even can smell new paint. Plus - it is really very clean. Minuses - nails was left near windows, TV does not work at all, nearly impossible to figure out how to use microwave (they sent me the first page of instruction, but it was nothing there how to set the microwave for more than 1 min). My biggest concern is the service. They promised me an apartment that face inner courtyard. I asked if I can check in or just leave bags one hour early. They wanted addition money for that. When I rejected (and it was only because you never know that your flight arrives in time), they gave me an apartment that faced the street. Not a big deal, the street is generally quiet, but what kind of retaliation is that?

The heater stopped working on the 2nd to last day out of a 5 night trip. Customer service wouldn’t do anything because it was a “Sunday”. The oven also in room B13 did not work. The maid kept harassing us on the check out date since 8am even tho check out wasn’t until 11am. She walked into the apartment without knocking twice once at 8am and again at 10am. Extremely unprofessional.

We had an awesome stay. The place was very clean and very comfortable. I was worried about communicating with the company but they were very responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Great location too very central to everything.

Beautiful, newly redone apartment! EXCELLENT location, easy walk to everything! Super nice to have laundry and a kitchen too.

The only thing I did not know is that the second twin bed and the pull-out couch were one and the same thing. But aside of that: EVERYTHING was great: the service at the phone when bedlinnen for the couch were forgotten (they immediately came to make the bed and gave us some cookies), the cleanliness, the location, the bathroom, everything. The only two small added remarks/tips we could give are 1) be clear about that the second bed is a (slight uncomfortable) couch, 2) give explanations about the water supply for the dishwasher, 3) provide some cleaning tools such as a vacuum cleaner or a broom.

Excellent location. Nice and well equipped room. Large bathroom. Only problem with my stay was the cleaning. They advertise that they clean the rooms every 2 weeks, mine wasn’t. There are some cleaning supplies in the laundry area you can borrow, but still I would have liked to get my room properly clean and also get the entire service, it was payed for and advertised.

Super convenient location, very modern apartment with all the amenities, perhaps a bit on the smallish side but truly beautiful!

Very nice apartments ! New, modern, clean. We didn’t do any cooking so I didn’t really pay attention to what was in the kitchen for supplies. One of us slept on the pull out couch and it was also comfortable. There is a nice balcony if the weather was nicer it would be great to relax on after a day of touring. We had a couple stay in the bedroom and a single stay on the pull out and we also brought our own baby cot because they didn’t have one at this location and we fit that in the room or in the hallway just fine. The apartments are also very quiet which was nice! We would stay here again.

Good enough budget hotel. WiFi is unusable. Too slow to even load google. Ok breakfast.

Lage war wunderbar Heizung war ein, unterkunft war sauber nur hat sich da niemand für die handtücher gekümmert oder wurden ausgetauscht. Im grossen und ganzen sehr gut.
