Fantastic place to stay, super convenient to walk everywhere or easily hop on a bus. Nice romantic hotel room for my husband and me, and the restaurant was good. Very close to good food halls.

The hotel was otherwise nice and in an excellent location, but majority of the staff was quite rude. We were not greeted even once when passing by the front desk. They never smiled at us, even when speaking with them directly. Just really bizarre behavior from customer service reps. We talked to the staff daily for different reasons, we were never greeted, said thank you to, absolutely no basic manners, especially in customer service. The only employee who was very nice to us was called Mattias if I recall correctly. He was lovely and I commend him for it, as that must not be easy when your coworkers have an attitude against everyone and everything it seems.

Bar claims to be open until 12. I tried to order a drink at 11.20 yesterday and was told they were closed, the staff member was rude.

Quiet room, busy bar, friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel and will certainly be back.

I really like Haymarket, always stay here when I’m in Stockholm. Location is good, rooms are modern and the hotel bar is busy.

It is a nice looking place but long queues for everything. 20 mins of queuing to checkin. You have to book a time for breakfast and then still queue to get in! Dreading the checkout.

We loved the look and old style movie type theme of the hotel.

Four glorious days in a lovely hotel. Breakfasts were a treat. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The bedroom was lovely snd the shower lovely and powerful. Highly recommend it.

Lovely room and kind upgrade, breakfast was fantastic!

Beds aren't fit for purpose. Two single beds pushed together with a flimsy topper on them left my boyfriend with two sleepless nights and a back in agony. Decor is nice, location is good but the noise surrounding the hotel is bad and the beds were inexcusable.

Beautiful rooms and well close to great food, shopping

I loved staying at the property- a great location in the middle of Östermalm but it was so quiet! I walked everywhere from the hotel including to and from the station. I really loved the theme of the hotel and especially Greta’s bistro where I had dinner one of the nights of my stay- the food was excellent and the staff exceptional! The only thing that was a little confusing was check in and I think that was down to the time I arrived- the reception area is a small space right next to a busy queue for the busy bar! But this wouldn’t be enough to detract from top marks. I’d stay here again any time!

Nicely decorated hotel with a bar and cafe, but I did not expect to have an interior room. Booked a double room with window but pointless if the window is looking straight into the gym. Aircon also very poor in the room. Bed was not comfortable.
