Beautiful hotel - great bathroom.

The property was clean. Easy to find and room service was done on time.

I got a suite and for what I paid it was very bare bones.

Pretty good hotel

This property is in a good loction for exploring,shops,resturants,pubs and bars. The frobt desk staff were very helpful.We found overal this hotel done the job without to much thrills but without letting itself down either.

The hotel was pleasant, with an easy self-check in, and the room was in good condition and clean.

Safe. Quiet. Room quite small though. Walkable to city centre although about 30 mins from waterfront.

Expedia Gold VIP access wasn’t granted by the hotel. Rooms are very outdated and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was very good.

Best hotel so far, the breakfast was the best I have ever had!!!

Good location and staff were friendly

Lovely staff! The room and bed was great, very comfortable. Breakfast is top tier, very good selection and always well stocked. The only negative for me was the bathroom, it’s a bit small, even in the JR suite. It’s a wet room and personally, I prefer a bathroom with separate shower/bath area. Fine for the six nights stayed though and wouldn’t let that put you off staying.

Good breakfast.

Expedia showed one room in the picture of the property, but upon arrival the picture and actual room did not match. Also you can't control the thermostat unless you are in an upgraded room. However the staff did open the window for us and gave us a fan for use. Overall a good stay but when you are traveling for rest and relaxation it is an added barrier to derail an experience although overall I had a great time.

VIP was not addressed as it typically is; was strange.

2nd time staying in this hotel Staff are always very friendly. Breakfast is very good, has a lot of options. The rooms are always clean and quiet. Good value for money and location. Short walk to main shopping area and train station etc Would definitely go back
