Beautiful building and interior.

Its build like a medieval castle with stunning views of the lake! Rooms are clean and spacious.

Beautiful hotel in a spectacular setting. Staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Anette who really went the extra mile giving us a tour of the chapel and wine cellar. Great meal in the restaurant and hearty breakfast the following morning. Highly recommended.

As described. Low on towels, sheets, comforters.

There is a new ”chef” in the restaurant kitchen. We had delicius char with asparagus at the main course and cheese with fig as desert.

+Staff was super friendly and professonal. nice room (top suite) with view. Comfortable beds, quite. - no toothpaste in reception. pillow way too small and flat, when asked for more, could only provide 2 extra pillows even though hotel was pretty emtpy. Glass shatter on bathroom floor. Too hot in rooms (due to no AC and too many insects outdoors). Breakfast could be better.

There was a wedding at the property, but we had a cabin that was quiet, clean and comfortable. We have wonderful memories of our time there.

Stayed for one night. Loved the room. Room 123 is big, comfortable with the best view.

An amazing stay; we stayed in room 123, which is the suite with a balcony--and it was so much better than we could have hoped. A sweeping view of the lake, the room was also comfortable and quiet. I understand why Greta Garbo supposedly stayed there when she visited.

Good location and service. Great breakfast choices.

Took forever for someone to show up at the front desk at check in. TV wasn’t working and was told nothing they could do. No warm water to shower in the morning. Received no compensation.

Out hotel stay was wonderful. The restaurant dinner and free breakfast were delicious! The bar and deck facing the lake were amazing! The room was comfortable and the bed was very nice! We’ll definitely stay again if we ever return to the area.

It was the most amazing place we have ever experienced. The overwhelming view from the bedroom, the restaurant and the cafe with the outdoor sitting, just about everywhere brought us an indescribable peace and calm. To top that the food and service was commendable. Thank you for this experience!
